Claims (6)
- 気中環境に設けられた被処理部材に対してレーザビームを照射し、表面処理を行うレーザ加工装置であって、
液体を噴射し、前記被処理部材の表面に供給する液体供給機構と、
前記被処理部材の表面に前記液体を通してパルス状の前記レーザビームを照射するレーザ照射機構と、
前記被処理部材の表面に、前記レーザビームを照射することにより生じた霧状流体を収集するための霧状流体収集機構と、
を具備し、
前記霧状流体収集機構は、前記霧状流体を吸引して収集する吸引機構と、前記霧状流体を凝縮させるための霧状流体凝縮機構とを有する
ことを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項1記載のレーザ加工装置であって、
前記霧状流体凝縮機構は、
筒状構造物と、当該筒状構造物を冷却するための冷却手段と、を有することを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項2記載のレーザ加工装置であって、
前記筒状構造物は、前記被処理部材における前記レーザビームの照射位置の周囲に気体層流を吹き付ける気体層流ノズルを有することを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項3記載のレーザ加工装置であって、
前記冷却手段は、前記気体層流ノズルの気体流路内に、冷却された気体を流すことによって冷却することを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 請求項2〜4いずれか1項記載のレーザ加工装置であって、
前記筒状構造物が、有底筒状とされ、内部に液体を溜める液体貯留部を有することを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 気中環境にある被処理部材にレーザビームを照射して表面処理を行うレーザ加工方法であって、
液体を前記被処理部材の表面に供給しつつ、
前記被処理部材の表面に前記液体を通してパルス状の前記レーザビームを照射するとともに、
前記被処理部材の表面に前記レーザビームを照射することにより生じた霧状流体を、吸引機構により吸引して収集し、霧状流体凝縮機構により凝縮させる
ことを特徴とするレーザ加工方法。
