Description

Claims (21)
- 接触分解装置からのC4流及びC5+ 接触ナフサ流からパラキシレンを製造するための方法であって、
a)C 5 −C9非芳香族流及び第1のC 6 −C 10 芳香族流をC 5+ 接触ナフサ流から分離すること;
b)C4 流及びC 5 −C9非芳香族流の少なくとも1つがオレフィンを含む、C4 流及びC 5 −C9非芳香族流から第2のC 6 −C 10 芳香族流を形成すること;
c)不純物を、第1及び第2のC 6 −C 10 芳香族流から除去し、精製されたC 6 −C 10 芳香族流を生じること;
d)分離セクションにおいて、C6−C7流、第1のC8流、C 9 −C 10 流、及びC 11+ 流を精製されたC 6 −C 10 芳香族流から分離すること;
e)C 6 −C 7 流及びC 9 −C 10 流をキシレン製造セクションに供給し、第2のC 8 流を形成すること;並びに
f)第1及び第2のC 8 流をパラキシレン製造セクションに供給し、パラキシレンを製造すること
を含む方法であって、
分離セクションがベンゼンカラム及びトルエンカラムを含む蒸留ゾーンを含み、キシレン製造セクションが分離セクションのベンゼンカラム及びトルエンカラムを共有してトランスアルキル化工程を実施する、方法。 - 工程a)が蒸留工程及び抽出工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留方法又は液液抽出方法を使用することによって行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)が、固定床反応器若しくは連続再生(CCR)型反応器システムである単一の反応器又は複数の反応器で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)の前記C 5 −C9非芳香族流が15−85wt%オレフィンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)の不純物の除去が、水素化、吸着、吸収若しくは溶媒抽出又はそれらの組み合わせを使用して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程d)が蒸留工程及び抽出工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留又は液液抽出を使用することによって行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- パラキシレンの製造がパラキシレン回収及びキシレン異性化を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パラキシレン回収が、結晶化若しくは吸着又はそれらの組み合わせを使用することにより行われる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- キシレン異性化がEB−異性化触媒又はEB−脱アルキル化触媒を使用する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 接触分解装置からのC 4 流及びC5+ナフサ流からパラキシレンを製造するための方法であって、
a)供給流をC 4 及びC 5 −C 10+ 流に分離すること;
b)C 5 −C 10+ 流からC 5 −C9非芳香族流及びC 6 −C 10 芳香族流を蒸留すること;
c)C 4 流及びC 5 −C 9 非芳香族流の少なくとも1つがオレフィンを含む、C 4 流及びC 5 −C 9 非芳香族流を反応器に供給し、C 4 流及びC 5 −C 9 非芳香族流から芳香族化合物を形成すること;
d)反応器からの出口流及びC 6 −C 10 芳香族流を不純物除去セクションに供給し、出口流及びC 6 −C 10 芳香族流から不純物を除去すること;
e)不純物除去セクションからの出口流を分離セクションに供給し、出口流をC 6 −C 7 流、第1のC 8 流、C 9 −C 10 流、及びC 11+ 流に分離すること;
f)C 6 −C 7 流及びC 9 −C 10 流をキシレン製造セクションに供給し、第2のC 8 流を形成すること;並びに
g)第1及び第2のC 8 流をパラキシレン製造セクションに供給し、パラキシレンを製造すること
を含む方法であって、
分離セクションがベンゼンカラム及びトルエンカラムを含む蒸留ゾーンを含み、キシレン製造セクションが分離セクションのベンゼンカラム及びトルエンカラムを共有してトランスアルキル化工程を実施する、方法。 - 工程c)が、固定床反応器若しくは連続再生(CCR)型反応器システムである単一の反応器又は複数の反応器で行われる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程b)の前記C 5 −C9非芳香族流が15−85wt%オレフィンを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程d)の不純物の除去が、水素化、吸着、吸収若しくは溶媒抽出又はそれらの組み合わせを使用して行われる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 分離セクションが蒸留工程及び抽出工程を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留又は液液抽出を使用することによって行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- パラキシレンの製造がパラキシレン回収及びキシレン異性化を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- パラキシレン回収が、結晶化若しくは吸着又はそれらの組み合わせを使用することにより行われる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- キシレン異性化が、EB−異性化触媒若しくはEB−脱アルキル化触媒を使用する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- キシレンの製造が、ベンゼンメチル化、トルエンメチル化、ベンゼン/トルエンメチル化、ベンゼン/C9−C10トランスアルキル化、トルエン/C9−C10トランスアルキル化、ベンゼン/トルエン/C9−C10トランスアルキル化、トルエン不均化(TDP)、選択的トルエン不均化(STDP)又はそれらの組み合わせを使用する、請求項12に記載の方法。
