Abstract
Description

Claims (27)
- 軽質及び重質炭化水素、特に接触分解装置からのC4流及びC5+ナフサ流からパラキシレンを製造するための方法であって、
a)C5及びC10+をC5+接触ナフサから分離し、C6−C9非芳香族化合物をC6−C9芳香族化合物から分離すること;
b)C4−C9非芳香族化合物又はそのサブセットがオレフィンを含む、C4−C9非芳香族化合物又はそのサブセットから芳香族化合物を形成すること;
c)不純物を、下流プロセスに送られる前に、芳香族化合物から除去すること;
d)高純度の芳香族化合物を得るため、及びC8流とC9+流を分離するために、C6−C7流又はC6−C8流の非芳香族化合物を分離すること;並びに
e)高純度のパラキシレン生成物を製造すること
を含む方法。 - 工程a)が蒸留工程及び抽出工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留方法又は液液抽出方法を使用することによって行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)が、固定床反応器若しくは連続再生(CCR)型反応器システムである単一の反応器又は複数の反応器で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記C4−C9非芳香族化合物又は工程b)のサブセットが15−85wt%オレフィンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)の不純物の除去が、水素化、吸着、吸収若しくは溶媒抽出又はそれらの組み合わせを使用して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)の不純物の除去が任意である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程d)が蒸留工程及び抽出工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留方法、液液抽出方法、又は当業界で知られているその他の方法を使用することによって行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- パラキシレンの製造がパラキシレン回収及びキシレン異性化を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パラキシレン回収が、結晶化方法若しくは吸着方法又はそれらの組み合わせを使用することにより行われる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- キシレン異性化がEB−異性化型触媒又はEB−脱アルキル型触媒を使用する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 軽質及び重質炭化水素、特に接触分解装置からのC4流及びC5+ナフサ流からパラキシレンを製造するための方法であって、
a)C5及びC10+をC5+接触ナフサから分離し、C6−C9非芳香族化合物をC6−C9芳香族化合物から分離すること;
b)C4−C9非芳香族化合物又はそのサブセットがオレフィンを含む、C4−C9非芳香族化合物又はそのサブセットから芳香族化合物を形成すること;
c)芳香族化合物を洗浄するために、不純物を、下流プロセスに送られる前に除去すること;
d)高純度のパラキシレン生成物を製造すること;及び
e)C6、C7、C9−C10芳香族化合物からキシレンを製造すること
を含む方法。 - 工程a)が蒸留工程及び抽出工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留方法又は液液抽出方法を使用することによって行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 工程b)が、固定床反応器若しくは連続再生(CCR)型反応器システムである単一の反応器又は複数の反応器で行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記C4−C9非芳香族化合物又は工程b)のサブセットが15−85wt%オレフィンを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 工程c)の不純物の除去が、水素化、吸着、吸収若しくは溶媒抽出又はそれらの組み合わせを使用して行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。

- 前記抽出工程が、抽出蒸留方法、液液抽出方法、又は当業界で知られているその他の方法を使用することによって行われる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- パラキシレンの製造がパラキシレン回収及びキシレン異性化を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- パラキシレン回収が、結晶化方法若しくは吸着方法又はそれらの組み合わせを使用することにより行われる、請求項24に記載の方法。
