Claims (22)
- パラキシレンを製造する方法であって、
(a1)C6+芳香族炭化水素を含む供給原料流を、少なくともトルエン含有流およびC8芳香族炭化水素含有流に分離する工程、
(b1)前記トルエン含有流の少なくとも一部を、トルエンをキシレンに転化してメチル化された流出物流を製造するのに有効な条件の下でメチル化剤と接触させる工程、
(c1)前記C8芳香族炭化水素含有流および前記メチル化された流出物流からパラキシレンを回収して、少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流を製造する工程、
(d1)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流の少なくとも一部を、前記パラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化して第1の異性化された流を製造するのに有効な液相条件の下でキシレン異性化触媒と接触させる工程、
(e1)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流の少なくとも一部を、前記パラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化しかつエチルベンゼンを脱アルキル化しまたは異性化して第2の異性化された流を製造するのに有効な気相条件の下でキシレン異性化触媒と接触させる工程、および
(f1)前記第1および第2の異性化された流の少なくとも一部を(c1)にリサイクルする工程
を含む、方法。 - (a1)に記載の供給原料流が、改質油流からC5−炭化水素を除くことによって製造されたC6+芳香族および脂肪族炭化水素の混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分離工程(a1)がベンゼン含有流も製造する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 分離工程(a1)が分割壁蒸留塔によって実施される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベンゼン含有流の少なくとも一部が接触工程(b1)に供給される、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記メチル化剤がメタノールを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 接触工程(b1)が、120℃の温度および60トール(8kPa)の2,2−ジメチルブタンの圧力で測定されたときに2,2−ジメチルブタンについての約0.1〜15秒−1の拡散パラメーターを有する多孔性結晶質物質を含む触媒の存在の下で実施される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性結晶質物質が、少なくとも950℃の温度におけるスチームで前処理を受けたZSM−5を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- (g1)前記C8芳香族炭化水素含有流および前記メチル化された流出物流のうちの少なくとも1つからオルトキシレンを回収する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- パラキシレンを製造する方法であって、
(a2)C6+芳香族炭化水素を含む供給原料流を、少なくともトルエン含有流およびC8芳香族炭化水素含有流に分離する工程、
(b2)前記トルエン含有流の少なくとも一部を、トルエンをベンゼンおよびキシレンに転化して不均化された流出物流を製造するのに有効な条件の下で不均化触媒と接触させる工程、
(c2)前記不均化された流出物流中の前記ベンゼンの少なくとも一部を、ベンゼンをトルエンおよびキシレンに転化してメチル化された流出物流を製造するのに有効な条件の下でメチル化剤と接触させる工程、
(d2)前記メチル化された流出物流中の前記トルエンの少なくとも一部を、(b2)にリサイクルする工程、
(e2)前記C8芳香族炭化水素含有流および前記不均化された流出物流からパラキシレンを回収して、少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流を製造する工程、
(f2)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流の少なくとも一部を、前記パラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化して第1の異性化された流を製造するのに有効な液相条件の下でキシレン異性化触媒と接触させる工程、
(g2)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流の少なくとも一部を、前記パラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化しかつエチルベンゼンを脱アルキル化しまたは異性化して第2の異性化された流を製造するのに有効な気相条件の下でキシレン異性化触媒と接触させる工程、および
(h2)前記第1および第2の異性化された流の少なくとも一部を(e2)にリサイクルする工程
を含む、方法。 - (a2)に記載の供給原料流が、改質油流からC5−炭化水素を除くことによって製造されたC6+芳香族および脂肪族炭化水素の混合物を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 分離工程(a2)がベンゼン含有流も製造する、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 分離工程(a2)が分割壁蒸留塔によって実施される、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベンゼン含有流の少なくとも一部が、接触工程(b2)に供給される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記メチル化剤がメタノールを含む、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 接触工程(c2)が、120℃の温度および60トール(8kPa)の2,2−ジメチルブタンの圧力で測定されたときに2,2−ジメチルブタンについての約0.1〜15秒−1の拡散パラメーターを有する多孔性結晶質物質を含む触媒の存在の下で実施される、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性結晶質物質が、少なくとも950℃の温度におけるスチームで前処理を受けたZSM−5を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記不均化触媒が、ケイ素化合物で選択性付与化されたZSM−5を含む、請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記不均化された流出物流が分割壁蒸留塔に供給され、前記分割壁蒸留塔が前記不均化された流出物流をベンゼン含有留分およびキシレン含有留分に分離し、前記ベンゼン含有留分の少なくとも一部が(c2)に供給され、前記キシレン含有留分の少なくとも一部が(e2)に供給される、請求項10〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (i2)前記C8芳香族炭化水素含有流および前記メチル化された流出物流のうちの少なくとも1つからオルトキシレンを回収する工程、
をさらに含む、請求項10〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - パラキシレンを製造する装置であって、
(a3)C6+芳香族炭化水素を含む改質油流を製造するための接触改質装置、
(b3)前記改質油流をC7−芳香族炭化水素含有流およびC8+芳香族炭化水素含有流に分離するための第1の分離装置、
(c3)前記C7−芳香族炭化水素含有流中のベンゼンおよび/またはトルエンをメチル化して、メチル化された流出物流を製造するためのトルエンメチル化装置、
(d3)前記C8+芳香族炭化水素含有流および前記メチル化された流出物流からパラキシレンを回収して、少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流を製造するための第2の分離装置、
(e3)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化して、第1の異性化された流を製造するための液相キシレン異性化装置、
(f3)前記少なくとも1つのパラキシレンに乏しい流中のキシレンを異性化しエチルベンゼンを転化して、第2の異性化された流を製造するための気相キシレン異性化装置、および
(g3)前記第1の異性化された流および前記第2の異性化された流の少なくとも一部を、前記第2の分離装置にリサイクルするためのリサイクル装置
を含む、装置。 - (h3)1つのC7−芳香族炭化水素含有流中のトルエンをベンゼンおよびキシレンに転化して、不均化流出物流を製造するためのトルエン不均化装置、および
(i3)前記不均化流出物流を少なくともベンゼン含有流およびキシレン含有流に分離し、前記ベンゼン含有流を前記トルエンメチル化装置に供給し、前記キシレン含有流を前記第2の分離装置に供給するための第3の分離装置
をさらに含む、請求項21に記載の装置。
