Claims (7)
- 内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置であって、排ガス再循環通路(12)と、該排ガス再循環通路(12)が開口する空気吸込み通路(10)と、前記排ガス再循環通路(12)内で、該排ガス再循環通路(12)の端部(42)に配置された流れ案内部材(44)とを備えた、内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置において、
前記流れ案内部材(44)が配置されている前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の端部(42)に設けられた開口部(24)に、弁座(40)が形成されており、該弁座(40)が、前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の流出横断面(38)を画定しており、該流出横断面(38)が、排ガス再循環弁(14)に設けられた制御体(16)を介して制御されており、前記流れ案内部材は、渦流発生器(44)として形成されており、該渦流発生器(44)はベーン(48)を有し、該ベーン(48)は、半径方向で前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の周辺の側壁(50)に向かって延びていて、排ガスの主流れ方向において、周方向に延在する部分を有することを特徴とする、内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。 - 前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の前記流出横断面(38)は、前記空気吸込み通路(10)の通流横断面に対して30°ないし90°の角度を成している、請求項1記載の内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。
- 前記制御体は、偏心的に支持されたフラップ(16)であり、該フラップ(16)の旋回軸線(20)は、空気流に関して、前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の前記流出横断面(38)よりも上流側に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。
- 前記流れ案内部材(44)が配置されている、前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の前記端部(42)は、前記開口部(24)の方向に円錐台形状に先細りするように形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。
- 前記渦流発生器(44)は中心の軸(46)を有し、該中心の軸(46)に、前記ベーン(48)が取り付けられており、該ベーン(48)は、半径方向で、前記排ガス再循環通路(12)の前記端部(42)の周辺の側壁(50)にまで延びている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。
- 前記渦流発生器(44)は通路区分(52)に取り付けられていて、該通路区分(52)が、前記渦流発生器(44)と共に、前記空気吸込み通路(10)のハウジング(22)に設けられた開口(54)に挿入されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。
- 前記渦流発生器(44)は、周辺の通路区分(52)と一体に製造されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス導入装置。
