Description
本出願は、Wilsonらによる「Stentless Support Structure」と題される2005年5月27日出願の米国仮特許出願第60/685,349号と、Wilsonらによる「Stentless Support Structure」と題される2005年8月18日出願の米国仮特許出願第60/709,595号とに関連し、これらの優先権の利益を主張する。これらの出願は、本明細書において参考として援用される。本出願はまた、本出願と共に同日に本出願人によって出願された「Intravascular Cuff」と題される米国特許出願第 号と、「Intravascular Cuff」と題される2005年5月27日出願の米国仮特許出願第60/685,433号とを参考として援用する。

Claims (20)
- 補綴心臓弁を送達するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは、

前記本体の端に取り付けられた弁アセンブリと、
送達カテーテルと

それにより、前記管状本体および前記弁アセンブリは、前記送達カテーテルから送達可能であり、前記管状本体は、内部に含まれたときに折り返し解除され、

前記材料および前記補綴弁は、解放されるように構成され、
前記材料は、前記材料が拡張することを防止する送達デバイス内に提供され、
前記材料は、前記材料が前記送達デバイスから配備されたときに、拡張し、前記伸ばされた状態から前記折り返された状態へと遷移する、システム。 - 前記管状構造を自身の中に折り返すことにより、前記補綴弁が前記材料内に位置する、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 生来の弁の弁葉状部間に導入されるように構成された前記一長さの材料は、一長さの編み込まれたワイヤを含む、請求項18に記載のシステム。
