Claims (13)
- 近位端および遠位端を有するカテーテルと、

- 前記バネ先端は、軸方向に圧縮された際に円筒形状をとる、請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記バネ先端は、軸方向に圧縮された際に増加しない径を有する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記バネ先端および前記カテーテルを通って伸びるルーメンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 標的組織へのアクセスのために用いることが可能な医療装置であって、
ルーメンを有する第1のカテーテルと、
前記第1のカテーテルの遠位端に取り付けられ、単層の第1の構成、二層の第2の構成および第3の構成を有し、
前記第1の構成は、径方向に圧縮された構成であり、
前記第2の構成は、バネ先端部の遠位部分を近位部分に反転させて遠位に広がった円錐形を形成することによって造られた径方向に膨張した構成であり、
前記第3の構成は、軸方向に圧縮された構成である、
変形可能なバネ先端と
を含む、医療装置。 - 第2のカテーテルをさらに含み、前記第2のカテーテルを通じて前記第1のカテーテルおよびバネ先端が展開され、前記バネ先端は、前記第2のカテーテルを出ると、前記径方向に圧縮された構成から前記径方向に膨張した構成をとり始める、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記バネ先端に取り付けられた機構をさらに含み、前記機構は、前記第1の構成と前記第2の構成との間で前記バネ先端を変形させるために使用することが可能である、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記バネ先端は、前記バネ先端が前記第2の構成から前記第3の構成をとった際に増加する径を有する、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記機構が遠位発泡体先端を含む、請求項11に記載の医療装置。
