Claims (11)
- コイルスプリングを支持しながら回転させ、かつ前端部から終端部に行くほど断面の直径が増加し、回転中心軸が互いに平行でないが、回転する内側面は平行に配置された、一対のテーパードローラーと、
前記コイルスプリングを加熱する電気誘導コイルと、
前記コイルスプリングを移動させるプッシュロッドが設置されたコンベヤチェーンと、
前記一対のテーパードローラーに回転駆動力を提供する動力部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、コイルスプリング連続加熱装置。 - 前記一対のテーパードローラーは、上部が水平状態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前記一対のテーパードローラーは、非磁性金属ローラー及びセラミックローラーで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前記テーパードローラーの長手方向への伸長変形を緩衝できるように、ローラー支持軸と伸縮緩衝用スプリングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前記動力部において平行に配置され、かつ駆動される一対の動力軸と平行でないように配置された前記一対のテーパードローラーの間で円滑に回転力を伝達するユニバーサルジョイントをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または4に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 動力部は、1つの動力軸ギアを用いて2つのローラー軸ギアに回転動力を伝達するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前記プッシュロッドは、不導体であるセラミック素材で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前記電気誘導コイルに印加される電力量を調節する誘導コイル電力制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前記コイルスプリングを急冷させるための冷却液が詰められている冷却タンクをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱装置。
- 前端部から終端部に行くほど断面の直径が増加し、回転中心軸が互いに平行でないが、回転する内側面は平行に配置された、一対のテーパードローラーにより、コイルスプリングを前記テーパードローラーから飛び出さないように投入した後、回転させるステップと、
プッシュロッドが設置されたコンベヤチェーンにより前記コイルスプリングを移動させるステップと、
電気誘導コイルの区間内で前記コイルスプリングを前記テーパードローラーで回転させながら高周波誘導磁場により加熱させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、コイルスプリング連続加熱方法。 - 加熱された前記コイルスプリングを冷却タンクに落下させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のコイルスプリング連続加熱方法。
