Claims (1)
- 環状のワークを載置可能なテーブルと、
前記ワークの周面を熱処理加工するための一対の熱処理加工部と、
を備え、
前記一対の熱処理加工部が、前記ワークの周面に沿って互いに反対方向に移動しながら当該ワークに熱処理加工を施すことで、所望の性質を有するワークを得るために用いられる熱処理装置において、
前記一対の熱処理加工部は、前記テーブルに対して相対的に旋回移動が可能な一対の旋回アームにそれぞれ設置され、
前記旋回アームは、
前記熱処理加工部が保持される下側アームと、
前記下側アーム上に略垂直に設置される垂直アームと、
前記垂直アーム上に設置される上側アームと、
を備えることで側面視で略コの字形状となっており、
前記一対の上側アームの旋回中心が前記一対の下側アームの旋回中心と一致するとともに、前記一対の旋回アームの旋回中心と前記テーブルの旋回中心とが一致することを特徴とする熱処理装置。
