Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de aquecimento contínuo para molas helicoidais e a um processo de aquecimento contínuo para molas helicoidais utilizando o mesmo. o dispositivo pode incluir: um par de rolos cônicos (20) configurados para suportar e rotar a mola helicoidal (10), configurada para ter um diâmetro em corte transversal que aumenta à medida que passa da porção da extremidade frontal para a porção da extremidade traseira e configurado para ter superfícies internas rotativas que estão dispostas para serem paralelas entre si, enquanto os eixos de rotação central não são paralelos entre si; uma corrente transportadora (43) configurada para ter uma haste atuadora (41) que está instalada no mesmo para mover a mola helicoidal (10); e uma unidade motriz (60) configurada para proporcionar uma força motriz rotacional ao par de rolos cônicos (20). o processo pode incluir: a entrada e a rotação de uma mola helicoidal (10) por meio de um par de rolos cônicos (20), de modo que a mola helicoidal (10) não saia dos rolos cônicos (20), os rolos cônicos (20) tendo um diâmetro de secção transversal que aumenta à medida que passa da porção da extremidade frontal para a porção da extremidade traseira e possui superfícies internas de rotação que estão dispostas para serem paralelas entre si enquanto os seus eixos de rotação centrais não estão paralelos entre si; movendo a mola helicoidal (10) por meio de uma corrente transportadora (43) que possui uma haste atuadora (41) instalada no mesmo; e aquecendo a mola helicoidal (10) por um campo magnético induzido de alta frequência enquanto rota a mola helicoidal (10) utilizando os rolos cônicos (20) na seção de uma bobina de indução elétrica (31).
