Abstract

APARELHO PARA TRATAMENTO DE ROLOS. Um aparelho (100) para o tratamento de rolos que é adequado para sujeição a uma operação de manutenção de rolo (3) de um dispositivo de transporte (2) para eliminação de impurezas e incrustações de uma superfície externa (13) dos referidos rolos (3), o referido aparelho (100) compreendendo um quadro (4), provido com uma primeira travessa (6) e com uma segunda travessa (7) que são paralelas e conectadas uma à outra nas respectivas extremidades por uma primeira placa de conexão (18) e uma segunda placa de conexão (18'), o referido aparelho (100) ainda compreendendo um meio de travamento (19; 19') que é adequado para manutenção do referido aparelho (100) em uma posição de apoio fixa no referido dispositivo de transporte (2), quando os referidos rolos (3) forem rodados em torno de respectivos eixos geométricos de rotação (A), um meio de elevação (21; 21') que é adequado para mover o referido quadro (4) para longe da superfície externa (13) dos referidos rolos (3) e um meio de limpeza (8) provido com um carrinho (9) que é móvel ao longo da referida travessa (6), com um cabeçote de suporte (16) e com uma ferramenta de limpeza (17) que é acoplável de forma removível ao referido cabeçote de suporte (16), caracterizado pelo fato de ainda compreender uma primeira porção de travessa (106) que é conectável de forma removível à referida primeira travessa (6) e uma segunda porção de travessa (107) que é conectável de forma removível à referida segunda travessa (7), para variação do comprimento da referida primeira travessa (6) e da referida segunda travessa (7).
