本发明涉及一种铝合金的冷轧机构,包括底舱,所述底舱顶部设有顶舱,底舱与顶舱内设有用于输送并压轧铝合金钢带的轧辊,顶舱内的轧辊两端设有三处拐杆,所述顶舱的后端设有反应池,反应池底部设有排液口,所述排液口内设有印迹机构,顶舱内的轧辊旋转时,迫使承压块带动印迹板升降动作,使得进入绞龙中的绞龙齿板在旋转时,将引入的液料向钢带输送方向引出,并随绞龙外舱对钢带表面抛光时,对钢带表面因抛光时产生的高温,大面积散热,印迹机构冲压动作时,可在钢带表面留下一道冲制印迹,使得此钢带后续加工使用时,根据印迹便于裁切分段,例如利用钢带制作汽车底盘护板时,制备裁料时根据印迹便于剪板操作,提高了功能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷轧技术领域,具体涉及一种铝合金的冷轧机构。
背景技术
冷轧:用热轧钢卷为原料,经酸洗去除氧化皮后进行冷连轧,其成品为轧硬卷,由于连续冷变形引起的冷作硬化使轧硬卷的强度、硬度上升、韧塑指标下降,因此冲压性能将恶化,只能用于简单变形的零件,不能重复应用,例如冲压行业等。
铝合金冷轧钢带制备后,根据生产工艺要求,往往需要在钢带上打出同等距离的印迹,以便于裁料使用,操作方式是采用划线或标尺测量法,对于开卷后的钢带来说,此种方式工作效率较低,并且在冷轧环节中我们对铝合金钢带的表面质量要求会更高,而现有的冷轧机缺少合理的抛光结构,所安装的抛光结构要么是辊压式抛光,要么是带式抛光,两种方式会产生高温热量,导致轧钢升温,会改变冷轧钢带的组织硬度。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供了一种铝合金的冷轧机构,此装置包括设置的反应池,不但可对钢带表面二次处理,而且还可对钢带再次打磨时防止升温,同时还设有印迹功能,能对钢带表面留下印迹,便于钢卷开平使用时,根据印迹裁切用料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种铝合金的冷轧机构,包括底舱、印迹机构、反应池和绞龙机构,所述底舱顶部设有顶舱,底舱与顶舱内设有用于输送并压轧铝合金钢带的轧辊,顶舱内的轧辊两端设有三处拐杆,所述顶舱的后端设有反应池,反应池底部设有排液口,所述排液口内设有印迹机构;
所述印迹机构包括插装在排液口内的印迹板、设于印迹板顶端滑动配合于反应池上的两处滑座,以及固定在滑座内端的承压块,顶舱内的轧辊旋转时,通过三处拐杆与承压块接触,迫使承压块带动印迹板升降动作;
所述底舱中部设有用于导向传送钢带的载板,载板位于印迹板底部,使得印迹板向下动作时对钢带冲压;
所述反应池内设有两组联动机构,所述联动机构与所述印迹板联动动作,使得印迹板升降动作时,同时驱动联动机构动作,所述反应池内设有吸排座,吸排座位于联动机构一侧,使得联动机构动作时,驱动吸排座对反应池内的液体完成吸排动作,并将液体排到反应池外侧,所述反应池外侧设有一排与联动机构驱动动作的绞龙机构,绞龙机构将吸排座排出的液体搅动到钢带表面上。
作为优选的:所述印迹板为合金钢板,底部刃口设计。
作为优选的:所述吸排座为波纹状的气囊,吸排座底面贴合于反应池的内腔底面上,吸排座压缩动作时,通过细孔从反应池内吸入液料。
作为优选的:所述联动机构包括齿板、轮盘、歇动结构和同步轴,所述齿板固定在印迹板的内端面上,使得印迹板升降动作时带动齿板同步动作,同步轴通过轴承穿装在反应池上,且轮盘安装在同步轴的内端头上。
作为优选的:所述歇动结构固定于轮盘表面上,齿板与轮盘齿面传动连接,齿板动作时带动轮盘旋转,以使轮盘通过歇动结构联动吸排座收放动作。
作为优选的:所述绞龙机构包括固定在同步轴外端同步旋转的外舱、设于外舱内部的绞龙齿、开设于外舱上的槽道,以及穿过轴承内部伸入外舱内的共用管,共用管另一端连接在吸排座上,使得吸排座压缩时,将吸入的液体通过共用管喷入外舱中。
作为优选的:所述绞龙齿由外舱端头向外伸出,且相临两外舱之间通过带传动方式传动连接。
作为优选的:所述外舱为外壁套有抛光带的不锈钢管,钢带向轧辊传送前经外舱碾压抛光处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.设有反应池,利用现有的循环管向反应池中注入需要的反应液,例如酸洗液,磷化液等,可将钢带表面杂质二级处理,提高表面质量,而反应池内设有吸排座,反应池后部设有一排旋转的外舱,不但可通过外舱旋转对钢带表面进一步抛光处理,而且通过排出的部分液料可对抛光时降温,防止钢带表面抛光时因摩擦产生的高温改变组强硬度。
2.外舱内设有绞龙结构,利用共有管与反应池中的吸排座连接在一起,采用联动机构令吸排座、绞龙外舱同步旋转,使得进入绞龙中的绞龙齿板在旋转时,将引入的液料向钢带输送方向引出,并随绞龙外舱对钢带表面抛光时,对钢带表面因抛光时产生的高温,大面积散热,同时使得其表面因抛光时留下的灰层得到更好的清洗。
3.反应池内设有印迹机构,印迹机构冲压动作时,可在钢带表面留下一道冲制印迹,使得此钢带后续加工使用时,根据印迹便于裁切分段,例如利用钢带制作汽车底盘护板时,制备裁料时根据印迹便于剪板操作,提高了功能性。

参照附图1-6,一种铝合金的冷轧机构,包括底舱1、印迹机构4、反应池5和绞龙机构6,底舱1顶部设有顶舱2,底舱1与顶舱2内设有用于输送并压轧铝合金钢带的轧辊3,顶舱2内的轧辊3两端设有三处拐杆301,顶舱2的后端设有反应池5,反应池5底部设有排液口501,排液口501内设有印迹机构4,在实际使用时,外部循环管将类似于酸洗或磷化类的反应液注入反应池5内,由排液口501排到底部正在传输的钢带上,使得它们表面得到进一步处理,使得钢带上因冷轧而留在其表面的氧化层得到处理,并且顶部的轧辊3旋转时不但可将钢带向外传送并压轧处理,如图6所示,由于印迹机构4包括插装在排液口501内的印迹板401、设于印迹板401顶端滑动配合于反应池5上的两处滑座402,以及固定在滑座402内端的承压块403,因此顶舱2内的轧辊3旋转时,通过三处拐杆301与承压块403接触,迫使承压块403带动印迹板401升降动作,由此可以看出,下压动作的印迹机构4穿过排液口501冲于钢带上时,利用印迹板401底部的刃口在钢带上冲制印迹,印迹机构4提高了功能性,使得此钢带出厂并在后续加工使用时,根据印迹便于裁切分段。
底舱1中部设有用于导向传送钢带的载板101,载板101位于印迹板401底部,使得印迹板401冲压动作时,底部产生硬性支撑。
为提高结构合理性,使得反应池5功能更加完善,如图6所示,反应池5内设有两组联动机构8,联动机构8与印迹板401联动动作,使得印迹板401升降动作时,同时驱动联动机构8动作,如图3所示,反应池5内设有吸排座7,吸排座7为波纹状的气囊,吸排座7底面贴合于反应池5的内腔底面上,吸排座7压缩动作时,通过细孔从反应池5内吸入液料,吸排座7位于联动机构8一侧,使得联动机构8动作时,驱动吸排座7对反应池5内的液体完成吸排动作,并将液体排到反应池5外侧,反应池5外侧设有一排与联动机构8驱动动作的绞龙机构6,绞龙机构6将吸排座7排出的液体搅动到钢带表面上,因此反应池5内的液体不但由排液口501流到底部正在输送的钢带上,还会被吸排座7吸排到绞龙机构6内,再由绞龙机构6内设置的绞龙齿602带到正在进料的钢带段上,以更大范围的方式,使得钢带表面得到浸液处理。
如图3、图6所示,联动机构8包括齿板801、轮盘802、歇动结构803和同步轴804,齿板801固定在印迹板401的内端面上,使得印迹板401升降动作时带动齿板801同步动作,同步轴804通过轴承穿装在反应池5上,且轮盘802安装在同步轴804的内端头上,并且歇动结构803固定于轮盘802表面上,齿板801与轮盘802齿面传动连接,由此可以看出,齿板801因顶部轧辊3旋转时,不但会驱动印迹板401升降动作,还会带动轮盘802正反向方旋转,由此可令轮盘802通过歇动结构803联动吸排座7收放动作,歇动结构803在实际安装时,可以采用凸轮驱动,也可以采用偏心轮配连杆的方式带动吸排座7吸压排气动作,本发明以图上的凸轮结构表示,总之,顶部轧辊3动作时还同时令吸排座7在反应池5中吸液,并将液体通过共用管604排到绞龙机构6的外舱601内,再由外舱601内的绞龙齿602随外舱601旋转时,呈螺旋带料方式排到正在进入本装置的钢带表面上,又由于外舱601为外壁套有抛光带的不锈钢管,外舱601全部旋转时,会与钢带表面产生摩擦,由此可令钢带表面达到抛光式清理的目的,并且从图中可以看出,由于所有的外舱601位于钢带进料端,而反应池5中的部分反应液经吸排座7和共用管604作用,并通过绞龙齿602排到进料端,因此可对钢带进料段在抛光时达到边冷却、边清洗的目的,冷却的目的在于,防止钢带因抛光时产生高温,而改变其硬度,由较高硬度变成塑性特性,从而改变了其冷轧特性,清洗的目的,可令抛光面处理后,留下的打磨灰尘得以清洗,因此吸排座7、共用管604、绞龙齿602的设计,令其功能结构更加合理,印迹板401的设置,提高了其功能性,并且这些机构动作的实施实现联动动作,动作时的动力源来源于辊压动作的轧辊3,因此结构设计巧妙,动能结构简单,便于维护,更加节能。

所述印迹机构(4)包括插装在排液口(501)内的印迹板(401)、设于印迹板(401)顶端滑动配合于反应池(5)上的两处滑座(402),以及固定在滑座(402)内端的承压块(403),顶舱(2)内的轧辊(3)旋转时,通过三处拐杆(301)与承压块(403)接触,并在承压块(403)侧上方的弹簧的共同作用下,迫使承压块(403)带动印迹板(401)升降动作;
所述底舱(1)中部设有用于导向传送钢带的载板(101),载板(101)位于印迹板(401)底部,使得印迹板(401)向下动作时对钢带冲压;
所述反应池(5)内设有两组联动机构(8),所述联动机构(8)与所述印迹板(401)联动动作,使得印迹板(401)升降动作时,同时驱动联动机构(8)动作,所述反应池(5)内设有吸排座(7),吸排座(7)为波纹状的气囊,吸排座(7)底面贴合于反应池(5)的内腔底面上,吸排座(7)压缩动作时,通过细孔从反应池(5)内吸入液料,吸排座(7)位于联动机构(8)一侧,使得联动机构(8)动作时,驱动吸排座(7)对反应池(5)内的液体完成吸排动作,并将液体排到反应池(5)外侧,所述反应池(5)外侧设有一排与联动机构(8)驱动动作的绞龙机构(6),绞龙机构(6)将吸排座(7)排出的液体搅动到钢带表面上;
所述绞龙机构(6)包括固定在同步轴(804)外端同步旋转的外舱(601)、设于外舱(601)内部的绞龙齿(602)、开设于外舱(601)上的槽道(603),以及穿过轴承内部伸入外舱(601)内的共用管(604),共用管(604)另一端连接在吸排座(7)上,使得吸排座(7)压缩时,将吸入的液体通过共用管(604)喷入外舱(601)中;
所述绞龙齿(602)由外舱(601)端头向外伸出,且相临两外舱(601)之间通过带传动方式传动连接;

3.根据权利要求2所述的铝合金的冷轧机构,其特征在于:所述联动机构(8)包括齿板(801)、轮盘(802)、歇动结构(803)和同步轴(804),所述齿板(801)固定在印迹板(401)的内端面上,使得印迹板(401)升降动作时带动齿板(801)同步动作,同步轴(804)通过轴承穿装在反应池(5)上,且轮盘(802)安装在同步轴(804)的内端头上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铝合金的冷轧机构,其特征在于:所述歇动结构(803)固定于轮盘(802)表面上,齿板(801)与轮盘(802)齿面传动连接,齿板(801)动作时带动轮盘(802)旋转,以使轮盘(802)通过歇动结构(803)联动吸排座(7)收放动作,所述歇动结构(803)在安装时,采用凸轮驱动或偏心轮配连杆的方式带动吸排座(7)吸压排气动作。
