図1は、実施の形態に係る電源装置1の構成を示す斜視図であり、図2は、その内部の構成を示す斜視図である。
まず、電源装置1の電源装置本体4に含まれる組電池を構成する組電池保持具について説明する。
次に、組電池保持具460により保持されたスタック5を締結して組電池を完成させるための構成について、説明する。
次に、組電池保持具460により保持されたスタック5を締結して組電池470を完成させるための締結部材の構成について、説明する。
次に、組電池470を充放電可能な電源装置として機能させるための管理手段である管理回路(電気デバイス)の配置について、説明する。
次に、電源装置本体4の管理手段である管理回路(電気デバイス)を構成する制御回路6及びリレー回路7の構成について、説明する。
次に、電源装置本体4を収納する収納容器の構成について、説明する。
次に、電源装置本体4を収納する収納容器としての蓋部3の構成及び組電池保持具460の構成について、説明する。

Claims (7)
- 配列された複数の単電池から構成されたスタックと、前記スタックを締結する締結部材とを有する組電池と、
前記組電池を収納する容器本体と、前記容器本体の開口を塞ぐ蓋部とを有する収納容器とを備え、
前記容器本体は、底部と、第1の側壁と、第2の側壁と、第3の側壁と、第4の側壁とを有し、
前記締結部材は、前記第1の側壁の内面と対向しており、
前記収納容器の前記第2の側壁、前記第3の側壁及び前記第4の側壁には、前記組電池の表面に対向して突起する突起部が形成されており、
前記第1の側壁は、前記締結部材と対向する内面の部分に、前記組電池の表面に対向して突起する突起部が形成されておらず、かつ、前記内面の部分と前記締結部材との間に空間が形成されており、
前記突起部の先端は、前記締結部材から離隔して配置されている、
電源装置。 - 前記複数の単電池のうちの少なくとも1つの単電池は、前記締結部材との対向面に安全弁を有し、
前記締結部材の内部には空洞が形成されている、
請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記単電池は、さらに、前記対向面に電極端子を有しており、
前記対向面は、前記収納容器の前記第1の側壁と対向している、
請求項2に記載の電源装置。 - 前記複数の単電池のうちの少なくとも1つの単電池は、前記締結部材との対向面に電極端子を有しており、
前記対向面は、前記収納容器の前記第1の側壁と対向している、
請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記スタックは、その両側面が、前記締結部材に固定された一対の挟持板により挟み込まれており、
前記一対の挟持板のそれぞれの縁端は、第1の梁部材により接続されており、
前記一対の挟持板及び前記第1の梁部材は、屈曲した一枚の金属板のそれぞれ異なる部位として形成されている、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源装置。 - さらに、前記一対の挟持板のうちの少なくとも一方の挟持板上に電気デバイスを備え、
前記電気デバイスは、前記挟持板から起立した、前記電気デバイスを構成する部品の高さよりも高い壁体を有し、
前記壁体の先端は、前記突起部の先端に対向している、
請求項5に記載の電源装置。 - 前記収納容器は、合成樹脂製である、
