Description
以下、好ましい実施例により本発明の技術的構成を詳細に説明する。
本発明は、PET-G樹脂にTPEE樹脂を加えてその物性を改善し、植物性オイルをもって硬度を低くすると共に、加工助剤を添加して物性および加工性を向上させた組成物を提供し、更にこの組成物を用いて圧出成形方法により柔軟性の高い軟質のフィルムおよびジッパーバック用ジッパーを製造することによって、PVCに代替できる印刷性の優れた物性の良い軟質のビニールジッパーバックを提供することができる。
「PVCビニールジッパーバック用ジッパー」
PVCビニールジッパーバック用ジッパーは、一般的に可塑剤の種類によって多少の差があるが、可塑剤含有量20重量部から30重量部の間のPVCを主に使っており、D硬度80から60位である。
一般的に、プラスチックバック用として多く使われている軟質PVCフィルムは、PVC樹脂100重量部に添加する可塑剤含有量が40重量部から60重量部のものを主に使っているが、70重量部の軟質PVC(D硬度60±3からA硬度85±3程度)を使っている場合もある。
2)TPEEの%は、PET-Gとパームオイルの混合物に対する%である。
表2の実施例3を組成物として利用したビニールジッパーバック用ジッパーは、ビニールジッパーバック用ジッパーのうちで大分やわらかいジッパー、高硬度の軟質フィルムおよび厚さの薄いフィルムの製造が可能な位の硬度を持っているが、耐熱性が多少低下する現象を示した。
表2、3に於ける実施例5から14まで軟質フィルム用組成物を得るための実験を実施した。
図3は軟質フィルムの実写真でPET-G 1000g, TPEE 400g, パームオイル 400g, MBS 140gを混合して製造された軟質フィルムである。図3のサンプル写真は長時間露出されても表面浸出現象が起きなかったということが確認される。
表4に於ける実施例1の如く、加工助剤の量を最少0.3重量部以上添加することによって加工性が向上した。オイル添加量を20重量部以上に増量した場合には、加工助剤を最少2重量部以上に増量することによって良好な加工性を示した。

Claims (4)
- PET-G樹脂100重量部に対し、TPEE樹脂10重量部ないし140重量部、植物性オイル5重量部ないし90重量部、MBS樹脂3から15重量部及び加工助剤0.4〜2.0重量部を含んでいることを特徴とする、軟質PET-G樹脂組成物。
- 前記加工助剤は、PTFE樹脂系であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軟質PET-G樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の軟質PET-G樹脂組成物を圧出成形し、0.01mm〜0.3mmの厚さに形成させて成ることを特徴とする軟質フィルム。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の軟質PET-G樹脂組成物を圧出成形して形成させて成ることを特徴とするジッパーバック用ジッパー。
