技术领域
本发明属于塑料制品领域,尤其是涉及一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品。
背景技术
塑料制品是采用塑料为主要原料加工而成的生活用品、工业用品的统称。
塑料是一类具有可塑性的合成高分子材料。它与合成橡胶、合成纤维形成了当今日常生活不可缺少的三大合成材料。具体地说,塑料是以天然或合成树脂为主要成分,加入各种添加剂,在一定温度和压力等条件下可以塑制成一定形状,在常温下保持形状不变的材料。
塑料制品根据其用途的不同要求,常需进行增加、增韧或填充改性。对于一些既求增加又要求增韧的制品,近年来发展了通过多组份共聚共混,加入不同添加剂的方法求得同时具有高的拉伸强度、冲击强度又具有韧性的性能。
现有技术的成品具有较高的伸率、弯曲强度及抗拉强度,但冲击强度不高,因此对于一些要求弯曲强度高、抗冲击性好、刚性好、硬度较高的制件就不能满足其使用性能的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品。
本发明的技术方案是:提供一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品,其特征在于:包括加强筋、丙烯基高聚物层、密度线性聚乙烯层以及高聚物层,所述高聚物层为基础层,在所述高聚物层的两侧设有所述密度线性聚乙烯层,在所述密度线性聚乙烯层的两侧设有丙烯基高聚物层,在所述丙烯基高聚物层的两侧设有加强筋。
所述加强筋为棉麻纱线、化纤纱线或金属细线制成的加强筋。
所述加强筋呈网状分布。
所述丙烯基高聚物层为聚丙烯均聚物。
所述密度线性聚乙烯层以及丙烯基高聚物层均匀的分布在高聚物层两侧。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,结构合理,设计简单,具有较高的延伸率、弯曲强度及抗拉强度,抗冲击性能好,能满足机械固件的使用性能的要求,增加外塑料层抗脆裂强度,尽管塑料已老化,受冷冻和遭撞击也不易脆裂,有效提高产品质量,延长使用寿命。

本发明提供本发明提供一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品,其特征在于:包括加强筋1、丙烯基高聚物层2、密度线性聚乙烯层3以及高聚物层4,所述高聚物层4为基础层,在所述高聚物层4的两侧设有所述密度线性聚乙烯层3,在所述密度线性聚乙烯层3的两侧设有丙烯基高聚物层2,在所述丙烯基高聚物层2的两侧设有加强筋1。
所述加强筋1为棉麻纱线、化纤纱线或金属细线制成的加强筋。
所述加强筋1呈网状分布。
所述丙烯基高聚物层2为聚丙烯均聚物。
所述密度线性聚乙烯层3以及丙烯基高聚物层2均匀的分布在高聚物层1两侧。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品,其特征在于:所述加强筋为棉麻纱线、化纤纱线或金属细线制成的加强筋。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品,其特征在于:所述丙烯基高聚物层为聚丙烯均聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高强度和韧性的塑料制品,其特征在于:所述密度线性聚乙烯层以及丙烯基高聚物层均匀的分布在高聚物层两侧。
