Description
− ウォームギアを有するスクリュートラフであって、輸送容器の積み降ろし開口部に対して水平に移動できてロックできるスクリュートトラフ、
− スクリュートラフと、輸送容器の積み降ろし開口部との間にあるダストシール、
− 取り出されるバルク材を計量するためにスクリュートラフに配置される計量装置、及び
− フォークリフトトラック用の輸送ブラケット
が基本フレームに設けられ、積み降ろし装置は、積み降ろし装置のダストシールが柔軟な排出装置を有するコンテナライナと塵埃を防止する形で接合されるように、積み降ろしされる輸送容器に接合され、コンテナライナは、バルク材を収容し、輸送容器内に設置されるか、あるいは他の輸送容器の開口部に塵埃を防止する形で接合される、
積み降ろし装置によって達成される。

Claims (9)
- 輸送コンテナ(4)からサイロまたは別のホッパーへバルク材を積み降ろすシステムであり、基本フレーム(2)を有する積み降ろし装置(1)を有し、前記基本フレーム(2)が積み降ろしされる輸送コンテナ(4)に固定されることができる積み降ろしシステムであって、
ウォームギア(8)を有するスクリュートラフであって、前記輸送コンテナ(4)の積み降ろし開口部に対して水平に移動できてロックできるスクリュートラフ(7)が前記基本フレーム(2)に設けられ、
取り出されるバルク材を計量するために、計量装置(11)が前記スクリュートラフ(7)に配置され、
前記スクリュートラフ(7)と、前記輸送コンテナ(4)の前記積み降ろし開口部との間にダストシール(12)が配置され、
前記輸送コンテナ(4)の開口部に、コンテナライナ(14)の後壁が固定され、柔軟な排出装置(17)を有するコンテナライナ(14)の後壁に連なる壁(15)に、前記ダストシール(12)が塵埃を防止する形で連結され、前記積み降ろし装置(1)が積み降ろしされる前記輸送コンテナ(4)に接合される
ことを特徴とする積み降ろしシステム。 - 積み降ろし装置(1)が補助フレーム(3)を有する
請求項1に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - スクリュートラフ(7)は、ガイド(9)に対して可動式で水平に、または、傾斜式で水平に、または、回転式で水平に配置される
請求項1または2に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記積み降ろし装置(1)は、積み降ろしされる前記輸送コンテナ(4)に固定され、前記スクリュートラフ(7)の動きは、空圧、油圧、電気もしくは機械によって、またはこれを任意に組み合わせた方法で、前記ガイド(9)に対して実施される
請求項3に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記コンテナライナ(14)に形成された前記柔軟な排出装置(17)は、引き綱、線ファスナーまたはこれと同等の再閉鎖可能なシステムとして設計される開口装置(18)を備える
請求項1または2に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記ダストシール(12)は、設置時に加圧されたガスケットである
請求項1または2に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記ダストシール(12)は、中空ゴムで作製される
請求項6に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 取り出されるバルク材を計量するための前記計量装置(11)は、取り出しやすいように、回転式供給器、吸引器、またはもう1つの加圧による送出容器として設計される
請求項1または2に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - フォークリフト用の輸送ブラケット(13)は、前記基本フレーム(1)に配置される
