Abstract
Description
− ウォームギアを有するスクリュートラフであって、輸送容器の積み降ろし開口部に対して水平に移動できてロックできるスクリュートトラフ、
− スクリュートラフと、輸送容器の積み降ろし開口部との間にあるダストシール、
− 取り出されるバルク材を計量するためにスクリュートラフに配置される計量装置、及び
− フォークリフトトラック用の輸送ブラケット
が基本フレームに設けられ、積み降ろし装置は、積み降ろし装置のダストシールが柔軟な排出装置を有するコンテナライナと塵埃を防止する形で接合されるように、積み降ろしされる輸送容器に接合され、コンテナライナは、バルク材を収容し、輸送容器内に設置されるか、あるいは他の輸送容器の開口部に塵埃を防止する形で接合される、
積み降ろし装置によって達成される。

Claims (7)
- 輸送容器(4)、特にコンテナからサイロまたは別のホッパーへバルク材を積み降ろすシステムであり、基本フレーム(2)及び場合によっては補助フレーム(3)を有する積み降ろし装置(1)を特徴とし、該フレームが積み降ろしされる輸送容器(4)に固定されることができる積み降ろしシステムであって、
ウォームギア(8)を有するスクリュートラフであって、前記輸送容器(4)の積み降ろし開口部に対して水平に移動できてロックできるスクリュートラフ(7)、
前記スクリュートラフ(7)と、前記輸送容器(4)の前記積み降ろし開口部との間にあるダストシール(12)、
取り出されるバルク材を計量するために前記スクリュートラフ(7)に配置された計量装置(11)、
フォークリフトトラック用の輸送ブラケット(14)が前記基本フレーム(2)に設けられ、前記積み降ろし装置(1)は、前記積み降ろし装置(1)の前記ダストシール(12)が柔軟な排出装置(17)を有するコンテナライナ(14)と塵埃を防止する形で接合されるように、積み降ろしされる前記輸送容器(4)に接合され、前記コンテナライナは、バルク材を収容し、前記輸送容器(4)内に設置されるか、あるいは他の輸送容器(4)の開口部に塵埃を防止する形で接合される、
ことを特徴とする積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記スクリュートラフ(7)は、ガイド(9)に対して可動式または傾斜式または回転式になるように水平に配置される
請求項1に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記積み降ろし装置(1)は、積み降ろしされる前記輸送容器(4)に固定され、前記スクリュートラフ(7)の動きは、空圧、油圧、電気もしくは機械によって、またはこれを任意に組み合わせた方法で、前記ガイド(9)に対して実施される
請求項1または2に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記コンテナライナ(14)に形成された前記柔軟な排出装置(12)は、引き綱、線ファスナーまたはこれと同等の再閉鎖可能なシステムとして設計される開口装置(18)を備える
請求項1に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記ダストシール(12)は、加圧されたガスケットとして設計され、好ましくは中空ゴムまたは自己適応型のガスケットで作製され、好ましくは固形ゴムまたは減圧ガスケットで作製される
請求項1に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記積み降ろし装置(1)は、回転式供給器、2つのフラップを有するバッチングバルブ、サクションシュー、またはもう1つの加圧による送出容器として設計される計量装置(11)を排出設備として備える
請求項1に記載の積み降ろしシステム。 - 前記積み降ろし装置(1)は、積み降ろしされる前記輸送容器(4)に接合され、それによって前記積み降ろし装置(1)の前記ダストシール(12)は、前記輸送容器(4)の開口部に固定されるコンテナライナの後壁と同様に、塵埃を防止する形で別の単一の壁(15)の前記柔軟な排出装置(17)に連結される
請求項1に記載の積み降ろしシステム。
