Description
バンバリーミキサーを使用し、下記表1に示す配合(質量部)に従い、まず、第一混合段階で、硫黄と加硫促進剤を除く成分を添加混合し、次いで、得られた混合物に、最終混合段階で硫黄と加硫促進剤を添加混合して、ゴム組成物A〜Fを調製した。表1中の各成分の詳細は以下の通りである。
・ブタジエンゴム:JSR(株)製「BR01」(ハイシスBR,シス1,4結合含量95%)
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン(株)製「シーストKH(N339)」(N2SA=93m2/g、DBP=119ml/100g)
・シリカ:東ソー・シリカ株式会社製「ニップシールAQ」
・シランカップリング剤:デグサ社製「Si75」
・パラフィンオイル:JOMOサンエナジー(株)製「プロセスP200」
・植物性粒状体:胡桃殻粉砕物(日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリットF180」(平均粒径125μm以下))
・竹炭粉末:孟宗竹の竹炭(宮崎土晃(株)製「1号炭」)をハンマーミルで粉砕し、得られた粉砕物をJIS Z8801記載の標準ふるいにより分級した平均粒径50μmの竹炭粉末
・ステアリン酸:花王(株)製「ルナックS−20」
・亜鉛華:三井金属鉱業(株)製「亜鉛華1種」
・老化防止剤:住友化学工業(株)製「アンチゲン6C」
・ワックス:日本精蝋株式会社製「OZOACE0355」
・加硫促進剤:住友化学工業(株)製「ソクシノールCZ」
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業(株)製「粉末硫黄」
得られた各ゴム組成物A〜Fを、下記表2に記載の通りに、表面ゴム層(7)及び内部ゴム層(8)を構成するゴム組成物として用いて、通常のタイヤ製造条件に従って、加硫成形することにより、タイヤサイズ:195/65R15のスタッドレスタイヤを作製した。内部ゴム層(8)は、キャップ・ベース構造を持つトレッドゴムのキャップゴム層とし、実施例及び比較例の各タイヤにおいて、内部ゴム層(8)と表面ゴム層(7)のトータル厚みを5mmに統一した。なお、比較例1及び4は、表面ゴム層(7)として、内部ゴム層(8)と同じゴム組成物からなるシートを用いた例である。比較例7及び8は、表面ゴム層(7)を設けず、トレッドゴムのキャップゴム層を内部ゴム層のみで形成した例である。
Claims (1)
- トレッド表面に設けられた厚さが0.3〜1.0mmの表面ゴム層と、該表面ゴム層の内側に隣接する植物性粒状体が配合された内部ゴム層と、をトレッド部に備えてなり、前記表面ゴム層は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して植物性粒状体が3〜20質量部配合され、かつ前記内部ゴム層よりもゴム成分に対する植物性粒状体の配合量が多いゴム組成物からなる空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、
前記ゴム成分及び前記植物性粒状体を混練して作製した前記ゴム組成物からなる未加硫の前記表面ゴム層を未加硫の前記内部ゴム層の表面に設け、前記表面ゴム層を前記内部ゴム層とともにタイヤ加硫成形時にモールド内で加硫成形することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
