Claims (4)
- 回転子の磁極の数をPとし、固定子の溝の数をNとしたときの分数2N/3Pが整数でない、アウターロータ方式の三相の永久磁石式同期モータにおいて、
前記回転子の磁極の数を20、前記固定子の溝の数を24とし、
回転子の磁極の面に空隙を介して対面する固定子の歯の周方向の歯幅を固定子の溝ピッチの1/2にし、
前記回転子の、前記固定子に対向する面に溝を設けて嵌め込まれる永久磁石の形状は、前記固定子の歯と対向する面と当該永久磁石の外周面の形状を夫々外側に湾曲したものとし、前記永久磁石の外側の湾曲面を形成する円弧の両端と当該円弧の中心点とが形成する角度は、当該永久磁石の内側の湾曲面を形成する円弧の両端と前記中心点とが形成する角度よりも大きく設け、
前記回転子において、隣接する前記永久磁石同士の間に前記固定子に対向して凹部を設け、
前記回転子の極ピッチに対する永久磁石の幅の割合を2/3としたことを特徴とする、三相永久磁石式同期モータ。 - 前記固定子の歯先の両側角部に曲がり面を施したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三相永久磁石式同期モータ。
- 前記固定子の歯の半径方向の断面を、歯先部から歯元部まで略等しくするか、歯先部に比して歯元部を大きくし、コイルを予め巻き付けた巻き線ユニットを歯先部から装着可能にしたことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の三相永久磁石式同期モータ。
- 前記三相永久磁石式モータは電気自動車用のインホイールモータであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の三相永久磁石式同期モータ。
