Description
(1) 機器再処理装置の流体循環システム用供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の容量を維持するための監視システムを利用する方法であって、
ある量の再処理流体を再処理流体源から前記供給リザーバーに供給する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量を検知する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量が所定の量を超えているかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量が前記所定の量に満たない場合に、容積式充填ポンプを動作させて再処理流体を前記供給リザーバーに供給する工程であって、前記容積式充填ポンプがストローク1回当たり一定容量の再処理流体を供給するよう構成される、工程と、
前記容積式充填ポンプの動作中に前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量を監視する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量が、ストローク1回当たりに移動する容量と前記容積式充填ポンプのストローク回数の積に等しい再供給容量ずつ増加したかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量が前記再供給容量ずつ増加しなかった場合に警報を通知する工程と、を含む、方法。
(2) 実施態様1に記載の方法であって、
前記供給リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量が前記所定の量に等しい、又は前記所定の量を超える場合に、容積式分配ポンプを動作させて前記再処理流体を前記流体循環システムに送達する工程と、
再処理流体が再処理流体リザーバーから分配された後に、前記再処理流体リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量の変化を検出する工程と、を更に含む、方法。
(3) 実施態様2に記載の方法であって、前記容積式分配ポンプが前記容積式充填ポンプと同じポンプである、方法。
(4) 実施態様2に記載の方法であって、前記通知された警報に反応して前記再処理流体源を交換する工程を更に含み、前記交換工程が、前記容積式分配ポンプが前記再処理流体を前記流体循環システムに送達するのと同時に発生することができる、方法。
(5) 実施態様2に記載の方法であって、前記容積式分配ポンプが、前記容積式供給ポンプによって供給される再処理流体のストローク1回当たりの前記一定容量と等しい、ストローク1回当たり一定容量の再処理流体を前記流体循環システムに分配するよう構成される、方法。
(7) 実施態様1に記載の方法であって、前記供給リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量が前記所定の量に等しい、又は前記所定の量を超える場合に、前記容積式充填ポンプを動作させて再処理流体を前記供給リザーバーから前記流体循環システムに分配する工程を更に含み、前記容積式充填ポンプがストローク1回当たり一定容量の再処理流体を分配するよう構成される、方法。
Claims (7)
- 機器再処理装置の流体循環システム用供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の容量を維持するための監視システムを利用する方法であって、
ある量の再処理流体を再処理流体源から前記供給リザーバーに供給する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量を検知する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量が所定の量を超えているかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量が前記所定の量に満たない場合に、容積式充填ポンプを動作させて再処理流体を前記供給リザーバーに供給する工程であって、前記容積式充填ポンプがストローク1回当たり一定容量の再処理流体を供給するよう構成される、工程と、
前記容積式充填ポンプの動作中に前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量を監視する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量が、ストローク1回当たりに移動する容量と前記容積式充填ポンプのストローク回数の積に等しい再供給容量ずつ増加したかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記供給リザーバー内の再処理流体の前記量が前記再供給容量ずつ増加しなかった場合に警報を通知する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記供給リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量が前記所定の量に等しい、又は前記所定の量を超える場合に、容積式分配ポンプを動作させて前記再処理流体を前記流体循環システムに送達する工程と、
再処理流体が再処理流体リザーバーから分配された後に、前記再処理流体リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量の変化を検出する工程と、を更に含む、方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記容積式分配ポンプが前記容積式充填ポンプと同じポンプである、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記通知された警報に反応して前記再処理流体源を交換する工程を更に含み、前記交換工程が、前記容積式分配ポンプが前記再処理流体を前記流体循環システムに送達するのと同時に発生することができる、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記容積式分配ポンプが、前記容積式充填ポンプによって供給される再処理流体のストローク1回当たりの前記一定容量と等しい、ストローク1回当たり一定容量の再処理流体を前記流体循環システムに分配するよう構成される、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記容積式分配ポンプが前記容積式充填ポンプと同時に動作できる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記供給リザーバー中の再処理流体の前記量が前記所定の量に等しい、又は前記所定の量を超える場合に、前記容積式充填ポンプを動作させて再処理流体を前記供給リザーバーから前記流体循環システムに分配する工程を更に含み、前記容積式充填ポンプがストローク1回当たり一定容量の再処理流体を分配するよう構成される、方法。
