Claims (9)
- 容器本体にレーザ光の照射を受けてこれを吸収し細胞を死に至らしめる熱を生じさせる材料を含む層である被照射層が設けられた細胞培養容器の被照射層の表面上で培養された細胞のうちの特定の細胞を致死させる方法であって、
前記被照射層における致死させるべき細胞の直下の箇所にレーザ光を照射する細胞処理方法。 - 前記被照射層における致死させるべき細胞の直下の箇所に、当該細胞が即死せずある程度の時間が経過した後に致死するような出力またはエネルギ量を持つレーザ光を照射する請求項1記載の細胞処理方法。
- 前記被照射層における致死させるべき細胞の直下の箇所に、当該細胞が即死しないような出力またはエネルギ量を持つレーザ光を複数回照射する請求項1記載の細胞処理方法。
- 前記細胞培養容器で培養した細胞群を複数の部分に分割するための方法であり、
前記被照射層における、培養した細胞をある部分と他の部分とに切り分ける境界線の直下の箇所にレーザ光を照射する請求項1、2または3記載の細胞処理方法。 - 容器本体にレーザ光の照射を受けてこれを吸収し細胞を死に至らしめる熱を生じさせる材料を含む層である被照射層が設けられた細胞培養容器の被照射層の表面上で培養された細胞のうちの特定の細胞を致死させるレーザ加工機であって、
前記被照射層における致死させるべき細胞の直下の箇所にレーザ光を照射するレーザ加工機。 - 前記被照射層における致死させるべき細胞の直下の箇所に、当該細胞が即死せずある程度の時間が経過した後に致死するような出力またはエネルギ量を持つレーザ光を照射する請求項5記載の細胞処理方法。
- 前記被照射層における致死させるべき細胞の直下の箇所に、当該細胞が即死しないような出力またはエネルギ量を持つレーザ光を複数回照射する請求項5記載の細胞処理方法。
- 前記細胞培養容器で培養した細胞群を複数の部分に分割するためのものであり、
前記被照射層における、培養した細胞をある部分と他の部分とに切り分ける境界線の直下の箇所にレーザ光を照射する請求項5、6または7記載のレーザ加工機。 - 請求項1、2、3または4記載の細胞処理方法の実施のために、あるいは請求項5、6、7または8記載のレーザ加工機とともに用いられるものであって、
容器本体にレーザ光の照射を受けてこれを吸収し細胞を死に至らしめる熱を生じさせる材料を含む層である被照射層が設けられ、その被照射層の表面上で細胞が培養される細胞培養容器。
