Claims (8)
- それぞれ搬送ピストン(22,22’)を含み、端面側の開口部(12,12’)でもって材料装入容器内に開口し、前記搬送ピストン(22,22’)の加圧行程の間にパイプスライド(14)またはスライド弁を介して搬送管と交互に結合される2つの搬送シリンダ(10,10’)と、それぞれ駆動ピストン(24,24’)を含み、該駆動ピストン(24,24’)がそれぞれ共通のピストン棒(26,26’)を介して前記搬送ピストン(22,22’)と結合され、リバースポンプ(18,20)を含んでいる駆動液圧系(AH)を介して操作可能で且つ制御可能な2つの液圧駆動シリンダ(16,16’)と、マスト液圧系(MH)を介して操作可能で且つ制御可能な分配マストとを備え、前記駆動液圧系(AH)と前記マスト液圧系(MH)とが1つの共通の一次回路を形成し、該一次回路が、大気圧のもとにある、液圧オイルを受容するためのタンク(68)を有している、濃厚物質ポンプにおいて、
前記一次回路が、
−モータで駆動され、第1の吸込み管(42)を介して液圧オイルで付勢される少なくとも1つの一次ポンプ(36,38,61,71)を有し、且つ
−少なくとも1つの第1の戻し管の出口側に接続され、且つ
−出口側で前記第1の吸込み管(42)と連通し、入口側で前記少なくとも1つの戻し管からの戻りオイルで付勢される吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)を有し、
−前記一次ポンプの少なくとも1つ(36,38)が前記駆動液圧系(AH)の充填・供給ポンプとして形成され、前記マスト液圧系(MH)に他の一次ポンプ(71)が結合されていること、
前記第1の吸込み管(42)から分岐し、プレロード弁(70)を介して前記タンク(68)内に開口している分岐管が設けられていること、
二次回路が設けられ、該二次回路が、
−モータで駆動され、第2の吸込み管(58)を介して液圧オイルで付勢される少なくとも1つの二次ポンプ(60,62)を有し、且つ
−少なくとも1つの第2の戻し管の出口側に接続され、
−前記第2の吸込み管(58)が前記タンク(68)と直接にまたは吸込みフィルタ(66)を介して連通し、
−前記第2の戻し管が、前記吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)の入口側に接続されていること、
前記第1の吸込み管(42)が再吸込み管(86)と他の吸込みフィルタ(66)とを介して前記タンク(68)と連通し、前記再吸込み管(86)内に、前記他の吸込みフィルタ(66)の方向にプレロードされた再吸込み弁(88)が配置されていること、
を特徴とする濃厚物質ポンプ。 - 複数の前記戻し管のうちの他の戻し管が、前記一次回路の洗浄シャトル弁(48)の出口側に接続されている洗浄オイル管(46)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
- 前記吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)に通じている戻し管のうちの少なくとも1つの戻し管内にオイルクーラー(52)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
- 前記吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)の入口側に接続されている戻し管のうちの少なくとも1つの戻し管内に逆止弁(78,90,92)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
- 複数の前記二次ポンプのうちの1つ(60)が液圧撹拌機駆動部(RS)と結合され、該液圧撹拌機駆動部の戻し管(76)が前記吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)の入口側に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
- 複数の前記二次ポンプのうちの1つ(64)がパイプスライダ(RW)またはスライド弁の駆動液圧系と結合され、その戻し管(80)が前記タンク(68)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
- 複数の前記二次ポンプのうちの1つ(62)がその加圧側でもって前記吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)の入口側に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
- 前記吸込み・戻しフィルタ(40)の前記入口側(40’)と前記タンク(68)との間に逆止弁またはバイパス弁(72)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ。
