Description
Claims (12)
- 内部に流路(12)が形成されたフローハウジング(10)と、
作動軸(14)と、
前記流路(12)内にて前記作動軸(14)に配置されたフラップ本体(16)と、
前記フローハウジング(10)のハウジングボア(24)であって、該ハウジングボア(24)を通じて前記作動軸(14)が外部に突出する、ハウジングボア(24)と、
前記作動軸(14)に固定されたディスク形状のレバー(28)と、
前記ハウジングボア(24)内に固定して配置され、前記作動軸(14)の傾動を許容する軸受ブッシュ(20)と、
少なくとも部分的に球形状の面(50)を有するシールディスク(46)と
を具備し、
前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)はその後壁面(52)にて前記シールディスク(46)における前記少なくとも部分的に球形状の面(50)に押し付けられていることを特徴とする内燃機関のフラップ装置。 - 前記シールディスク(46)の前記面(50)は雄形の球形状をなす一方、前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)の前記後壁面(52)は少なくとも部分的に雌形の球又は円錐の形状をなし、
前記シールディスク(46)における前記面(50)の曲率半径は、前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)における前記後壁面(52)の曲率半径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。 - 前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)の前記後壁面(52)は少なくとも部分的に雄形の球形状をなす一方、前記シールディスク(46)の前記面(50)は雌形の球形状をなし、
前記シールディスク(46)における前記面(50)の曲率半径は、前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)における前記後壁面(52)の曲率半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。 - 前記シールディスク(46)は前記作動軸(14)に対して可動且つ前記作動軸(14)を径方向に囲繞して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記作動軸(14)を備えた前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)を前記流路(12)に向かう方向に押し付けるばね(56)を備えている請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記シールディスク(46)における前記少なくとも部分的に球形状の面(50)とは軸線方向に反対側の平坦な面(48)は、前記軸受ブッシュ(20)の平坦な面に対して押し付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(20)はカーボン軸受ブッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記シールディスク(46)とは反対側の前記軸受ブッシュ(20)の軸線方向端は前記ハウジングボア(24)の止め(42)上に寄り掛かっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記作動軸(14)は、前記軸受ブッシュ(20)に対して径方向内側に位置付けられた領域(44)にて凸形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記作動軸(14)及び前記ハウジングボア(24)の各々は、前記流路(12)と前記軸受ブッシュ(20)との間に少なくとも1つの肩部(35,40)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)は前記作動軸(14)に周方向の溶接継ぎ目(30)又は形状的に密な嵌合でもって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記ディスク形状のレバー(28)はその外周面上に配置されたスリーブ(54)を有し、該スリーブ(54)は前記流路(12)に向かう方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
