Description
Claims (6)
- 内部表面のある第1金型を形成するために用いられる表面を有する第1金型インサート、および、外部表面のある第2金型を形成するために用いられる表面を有する第2金型インサートを製作することにより行う、柔軟な素材から成る変更視力多焦点コンタクトレンズの注型成型法であって、前記第1金型はコンタクトレンズ前面の形状を表し、前記第2金型はコンタクトレンズ後面の形状を表し、前記第1および第2金型は、組み合わされて、前記第2金型の外部表面と前記第1金型の内部表面とが、それらの間で容積部が規定されるように並置され、前記並置された第1および第2金型の間の容積部には、コンタクトレンズ素材が充填され、前記容積部内の前記コンタクトレンズ素材を硬化させて多焦点コンタクトレンズが形成される前記コンタクトレンズの注型成型法であって、前記第1および第2金型により規定される容積部が、下方切落端部のある下方端、および、前記下方端における前方突出部を有する多焦点コンタクトレンズを旋盤にかけることなく形成するように構成され、これにより、前記切落端部および前記前方突出部が使用者の下まぶたに係合して、レンズとまぶたとの間の相互作用が容易となることで、レンズの並進移動を起こさせるようになっており、前記第1金型インサートが、2焦点レンズ強度、前記前方突出部および前記下方切落端部を包含する前記前面の形状を規定する手段を備えることを特徴とする、前記コンタクトレンズの注型成型法。
- 前記形成されたコンタクトレンズが上方遠方視力領域および下方近距離視力領域のある前面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズの注型成型法。
- 前記コンタクトレンズ素材が、前記第1金型の前記内部表面上、および/または、第2金型の前記外部表面上に塗布され、引き続き、前記第1および第2金型が並置されて、コンタクトレンズを形成するための、コンタクトレンズ素材で充填された容積部が規定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコンタクトレンズの注型成型法。
- 前記第1金型インサートが、2つの部分で構成され、第1部分が、2焦点レンズ強度および前記前方突出部を包含する前記前面の形状を規定し、第2部分が前記コンタクトレンズの前記下方切落端部を規定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコンタクトレンズの注型成型法。
- 前記第1部分が、前記第2部分の突起に係合する切欠部を包含することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンタクトレンズの注型成型法。
- 前記第1金型インサートが、2焦点レンズ強度、前記前方突出部、および、前記コンタクトレンズの下方切落端部を包含する前記前面の形状を規定する、単一の部材で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコンタクトレンズの注型成型法。
