試験例
Solaronix社製酸化チタンペースト(Ti−Nanoxide D,0.5mL)をFTOガラス基板上に取り、50μm程度の厚みに塗布した。これを電気炉にて焼成した(450℃,30分)。放冷後、基板を実施例−1に示す本発明のベンゾフルオレン化合物のエタノール溶液(0.5mM)に入れ、振盪恒温器を用いて40℃で2時間振盪した。基盤をアセトニトリルで洗浄後、乾燥し、半導体電極を得た。
