Claims (9)
- ハウジング(3)と、該ハウジング(3)内に設けられる弁ニードル(6)と、燃料供給部(4)とを備えた、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置(2)のために用いられる燃料噴射弁(1)において、
少なくとも間接的に前記弁ニードル(6)によって操作可能な弁ニードル延長部(15)が設けられていること、前記弁ニードル(6)の開弁行程により前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が前記燃料供給部(4)の領域で移動可能であり、
前記弁ニードル(6)の前記開弁行程により、前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が前記燃料供給部(4)の領域で次のように移動可能であること、すなわち前記燃料供給部(4)を介して前記ハウジング(3)内へ案内される燃料に対する、前記燃料供給部(4)における絞り作用が、前記弁ニードル(6)の閉弁位置に比べて増大するように、移動可能であり、
前記燃料供給部(4)が、燃料分配器(21)の接続部材(23)および/または前記燃料分配器(21)の壁(24)に形成されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記燃料供給部(4)が、前記ハウジング(3)のノズルから遠い端部(10)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が前記弁ニードル(6)によってダイレクトに操作可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(6)のノズルから遠い端部(18)に受容スリーブ(20)が設けられていること、前記弁ニードル延長部(15)の弁ニードルに近い端部(17)が前記受容スリーブ(20)に差し込まれていること、前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が前記受容スリーブ(20)を介して前記弁ニードル(6)の前記ノズルから遠い端部(18)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が、閉弁位置で、前記燃料供給部(4)を介して前記ハウジング(3)内へ案内される燃料に対する、前記燃料供給部(4)における絞り作用に、少なくともほぼ関与しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から4に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が、少なくとも実質的に、ピン状の弁ニードル延長部(15)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(6)の前記開弁行程により、前記弁ニードル延長部(15)の弁ニードルから遠い端部(28)が前記ハウジング(3)から押し出されるように、前記弁ニードル延長部(15)が前記燃料供給部(4)の領域で移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁(1)と、前記燃料分配器(21)とを備え、前記燃料噴射弁(1)のための前記燃料供給部(4)が、前記燃料分配器(21)の接続部材(23)および/または前記燃料分配器(21)の壁(24)に形成されている、内燃機関のために用いられる燃料噴射装置(2)。
- 前記燃料分配器(21)の前記壁(24)に貫通穴(25)が形成されていること、前記弁ニードル(6)の前記開弁行程により、前記弁ニードル延長部(15)の弁ニードルから遠い端部(28)が、前記燃料分配器(21)の前記壁(24)の前記貫通穴(25)内へ移動可能であり、場合によっては該貫通穴を貫通するように移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の燃料噴射装置。
