Description
Claims (16)
- 壁部分の接合によって石英ガラス用の坩堝引抜き法において使用するための部材を製造する方法であって、高融点金属製又は高融点金属をベースとする合金製の少なくとも2つの壁部分(1)を準備し、該壁部分(1)を、互いに当接させて接合部(3)を形成し、1500℃を超える温度で焼結によって1つの部材にまとめる方法において、シール部材(5)を前記接合部(3)内に挿入することを特徴とする、方法。
- ハフニウム、ニオブ又はジルコニウム製のシール部材(5)又は、ハフニウム、ニオブ又はジルコニウムをベースエレメントとして含有する合金製のシール部材(5)を、前記接合部(3)内に挿入する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材(5)は、78質量%のハフニウム成分を含有するタングステン・ハフニウム合金を含む、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- プラチナ製又はプラチナ合金製のシール部材(5)を前記接合部(3)内に挿入する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記接合部(3)は、互いに当接させられる壁部分(1)の間に、前記シール部材(5)が挿入される溝(4)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 構造部材として形成されたシール部材(5)を挿入する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ワイヤとして形成されたシール部材(5)を挿入する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 円形断面形状と0.1mm〜1.0mmの範囲のワイヤ直径を有するワイヤを挿入する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 多角形断面形状を有するワイヤを挿入する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 0.05mm〜0.5mmの範囲のシート厚さを有するシートとして形成されたシール部材(5)を挿入する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記壁部分(1)用の高融点金属として、タングステン又はモリブデンを使用するか、又はタングステン又はモリブデンをベースとする合金を使用する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 高融点金属製又は高融点金属をベースとする合金製の少なくとも2つの壁部分(1)を有していて、該壁部分(1)が互いに当接させられて接合部(3)を形成する、石英ガラス用の坩堝引抜き法のための部材であって、前記接合部(3)はシール部材(5)によって気密に閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、部材。
- 前記接合部(3)は、ハフニウム、ニオブ又はジルコニウム製のシール部材(5)によって、又はハフニウム、ニオブ又はジルコニウムをベースエレメントとして含有する合金製のシール部材(5)によって閉鎖されている、請求項12記載の部材。
- 前記接合部(3)は、78質量%のハフニウム成分を含有するタングステン・ハフニウム合金製のシール部材(5)によって閉鎖されている、請求項12又は13記載の部材。
- 高融点金属として、タングステン又はモリブデンが使用されているか、又はタングステン又はモリブデンをベースとする合金が使用されている、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の部材。
- 前記接合部(3)は、プラチナ製又はプラチナ合金製のシール部材(5)によって閉鎖されている、請求項12記載の部材。
