Description
本開示は、上述した電池モジュールを有し、電池モジュールに接続される電子機器に電力を供給する蓄電システムである。
本開示は、上述した電池モジュールから電力の供給を受ける電子機器である。
本開示は、上述した電池モジュールから電力の供給を受けて車両の駆動力に変換する変換装置と、電池モジュールに関する情報に基づいて、車両制御に関する情報処理を行う制御装置とを有する電動車両である。本開示は、他の機器とネットワークを介して信号を送受信する電力情報送受信部を有し、
電力情報送受信部が受信した情報に基づき、上述した電池モジュールの充放電制御を行う電力システムである。
本開示は、上述した電池モジュールから電力の供給を受け、または、発電装置または電力網から電池モジュールに電力を供給する電力システムである。

図1、図2および図3を参照して本開示による電池モジュールの一実施の形態について説明する。図1は、電池モジュール100の六面図(正面図、右側面図、左側面図、底面図、平面図、背面図)である。図2は、電池モジュール100の断面図である。図3は、電池モジュール100の斜視図である。
電池セル群103を構成する単位である電池ユニット20について説明する。電池セルは、一例としてリチウムイオン二次電池である。複数の例えば2個の電池セルがブラケットに収納されて電池ユニットが構成される。ブラケットは、合成樹脂の成型品である。図4は、電池ユニット20の正面図、右側面図、左側面図、底面図、平面図である。図5は、電池ユニット20の斜視図であり、図6は、電池ユニット20の分解斜視図であり、図7は、電池ユニットの分解図であり、図8は、電池ユニット20の概略的断面図であり、図9は、電池ユニット20の一部断面図である。
図10Aは、本開示に使用できる電池セル4の外観を示す略線図である。電池セル4は、非水電解質電池例えばリチウムイオン二次電池である。図10Bは、電池セル4の構成を示す略線図である。なお、図10Bは、図10Aに示す電池セル4の底面および上面を反転させた場合の構成を示している。図10Cは、電池セル4の外観底面側を示す略線図である。電池セル4は、電池素子11と、電池素子11を収容する外装材12とを備える。電池セル4は、第1の主面と第2の主面とを有する。
高出力、高容量のバッテリを必要とする車両などの場合、上述したように、複数の電池ユニットを積層し、電池セルを直列および/または並列に接続して電池セル群103が構成される。本開示の一実施の形態では、伝熱プレート2によって各電池ユニットにおいて発生した熱を外部の冷却モジュールに導くようにしている。したがって、放熱効果を確保するためには、電池セル4と伝熱プレート2とが密に接している必要がある。
セル初期時に伝熱プレート2に対して電池セルを押しつけるのに最低限必要な圧力:PL
電池セルが損傷を受けない圧力:PU
ある圧縮率で圧縮されたクッション材21の反力:PC
とすると、下記の関係が満たされるようになされる。
PL<PC<PU
上述したように、ブラケット1の側面に対してブラケット内の電池セルを電気的に接続するためのセルバスバーがそれぞれ取り付けられる。電池ユニットの2個の電池セルの例えば正負の電極タブを共通に接続するための共通セルバスバー111がブラケット1の一方の側面に取り付けられ、他方の側面には、独立セルバスバー112が取り付けられる。
セルバスバーとユニットバスバーとを使用して電池ユニット間の接続方法について説明する。最初に、セルバスバーが共通セルバスバー111の1種類しか存在しないとすると、図17に示すような接続方法が可能である。積層時に隣接する電池ユニット20−1および20−2のそれぞれに、2個の電池セルが含まれている。合計4個の電池セルをBT1〜BT4と表す。
本開示を住宅用の蓄電システムに適用した例について、図21を参照して説明する。例えば住宅201用の蓄電システム200においては、火力発電202a、原子力発電202b、水力発電202c等の集中型電力系統202から電力網209、情報網212、スマートメータ207、パワーハブ208等を介し、電力が蓄電装置203に供給される。これと共に、家庭内発電装置204等の独立電源から電力が蓄電装置203に供給される。蓄電装置203に供給された電力が蓄電される。蓄電装置203を使用して、住宅201で使用する電力が給電される。住宅201に限らずビルに関しても同様の蓄電システムを使用できる。
本開示を車両用の蓄電システムに適用した例について、図22を参照して説明する。図22に、本開示が適用されるシリーズハイブリッドシステムを採用するハイブリッド車両の構成の一例を概略的に示す。シリーズハイブリッドシステムはエンジンで動かす発電機で発電された電力、あるいはそれを電池に一旦貯めておいた電力を用いて、電力駆動力変換装置で走行する車である。
以上、本開示の実施の形態について具体的に説明したが、上述の各実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本開示の技術的思想に基づく各種の変形が可能である。例えば、上述の実施の形態において挙げた構成、方法、工程、形状、材料および数値などはあくまでも例に過ぎず、必要に応じてこれと異なる構成、方法、工程、形状、材料および数値などを用いてもよい。

Claims (18)
- 絶縁材からなる電池支持体に保持された伝熱プレートの面と、電池素子がラミネートフィルムで外装された電池セルの主面とが対向するように配置された電池ユニットを複数個有し、
複数の前記電池ユニットを弾性材を介在させて積層してなる電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性材は、前記電池セルの主面とほぼ等しい形状の薄板状の弾性材である請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルを前記伝熱プレートに対して押しつけるのに必要な圧力をPLとし、前記電池セルが損傷を受けない圧力をPUとし、ある圧縮率で圧縮された前記弾性材の反力をPCとすると、下記の関係を満たすようになされた請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
PL<PC<PU - 前記伝熱プレートの両面に電池セルの主面が配置された請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池支持体に対して前記伝熱プレートがインサート成型された請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記伝熱プレートの端部が前記電池支持体の少なくとも一方の側面から外方へ突出された請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記伝熱プレートの端部が断面L字状、または断面T字状に折り曲げられた請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 積層された前記複数の電池ユニットを積層方向に押さえつける規制部材を有する請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記規制部材は、前記電池セル群の両側に位置する第1および第2の規制板と、前記第1および第2の規制板と複数の前記電池ユニットとの4隅を貫通するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの両端から前記第1および第2の規制板と前記電池セル群とを締めつける締めつけ部とを有する請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池支持体の前記シャフトが貫通する箇所に金属製のスリーブが配された請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池支持体の側面に、前記電池支持体に収納された電池セルの電極が接合された導電部材が取り付けられた請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記導電部材は、前記電池支持体内の一方の前記電池セルの正極と他方の前記電池セルの負極とを共通に接続する共通導電体と、一方の前記電池セルの正極と接続された正極端子と他方の前記電池セルの負極と接続された負極端子とが分離された独立導電体とを含む請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールが、再生可能なエネルギーから発電を行う発電装置によって充電される蓄電システム。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを有し、前記電池モジュールに接続された電子機器に電力を供給する蓄電システム。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールから電力の供給を受ける電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールから電力の供給を受けて車両の駆動力に変換する変換装置と、前記電池モジュールに関する情報に基づいて、車両制御に関する情報処理を行う制御装置とを有する電動車両。
- 他の機器とネットワークを介して信号を送受信する電力情報送受信部を有し、
前記電力情報送受信部が受信した情報に基づき、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールの充放電制御を行う電力システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールから電力の供給を受け、または、発電装置または電力網から前記電池モジュールに電力を供給する電力システム。
