Claims (3)
- 鋼製のロール軸の胴部に固定されたスリーブ状のカーボン材を備える焼鈍用スリーブロールであって、前記ロール軸の胴部の外表面に、ロール軸の基材である鋼の窒化層を備え、該窒化層の外表面での窒素量がロール軸の中心部における窒素量より20%以上多いことを特徴とする焼鈍用スリーブロール。
- 前記窒化層の厚さが0.05mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼鈍用スリーブロール。
- 前記カーボン材の軸方向の少なくとも一端部が前記ロール軸の胴部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の焼鈍用スリーブロール。
