ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)
NMR測定を、Bruker DPX 300(300 MHz(1H)又は75 MHz(13C))で実施した。使用溶剤は、重水素化クロロホルム(CDCl3)及び重水素化ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO−d6)であった。
以下のリストの構造式により示されるグリシジルエーテルブロックコポリマーを合成した。
第一工程ステップ
以下の反応スキームにより、アセタール保護基が除去される。
以下の工程スキームにより、第三工程ステップで、第二工程ステップ後に得られたブロックコポリマーをカルボキシメチル化し、次いでカルボキシル基を塩化した。
以下に示されるブロックコポリマーは、異なる出発化合物の使用と、種々のモノマーの重合順序以外は、前に説明した工程ステップ1〜3に従って製造した。ブロックコポリマーの相当する構造は、以下のとおりである。
分散剤の製造のために、撹拌機、冷却器、温度計及び滴下漏斗を備えた250ml4つ口フラスコに76.6g(0.15mol)のMPEG500(メタノールから出発して製造されたモノヒドロキシ官能性EOポリエーテル:Mn500g/mol:Clariant製)と1.68g(0.015mol)のカリウムtert−ブチレートを装填した。この最初の装填物を、N2下で、撹拌しながら、100℃まで加熱した。100℃で形成されたtert−ブタノールを緩やかなN2流により1時間で除去した。
ベンジルグリシジルエーテルをフェニルグリシジルエーテルモノマーの替わりに使用する以外は、例10の方法と同様の方法で、分散剤を合成した。
スチレンオキシドをフェニルグリシジルエーテルモノマーの替わりに使用した以外は、例10に記載の製造仕様により分散剤(本発明のものではない)を合成した。
第一工程ステップで、還流冷却器、温度計及び窒素注入口を備えた4つ口丸底フラスコに38g(0.28mol)の3−フェニルプロパン−1−オールを開始剤として装填し、そこに、室温、窒素雰囲気下に、3.2g(0.028mol)のカリウムtert−ブチレートを添加した。反応混合物の温度を110℃まで上げ、形成されたtert−ブタノールは、窒素ガス処理で蒸発させた。引き続いて、85.6g(0.57mol)のフェニルグリシジルエーテルをモノマーとして1時間にわたり滴加し、混合物が完全に反応するまで(1H NMR分析により確認)更に2時間重合させた。
a)分散剤の製造のために、第一段階で、3−フェニルプロパン−1−オールから出発して、ポリ(フェニルグリシジルエーテル)高分子開始剤を製造した(高分子開始剤14)。
この目的のために、撹拌機、冷却器、温度計及び滴下漏斗を備えた500ml4つ口フラスコに136.2g(1.0mol)の3−フェニルプロパン−1−オールと4.48g(0.04mol)のカリウムtert−ブチレートを装填した。この最初の装填物を、N2下で、撹拌しながら、105℃まで加熱した。105℃で形成されたtert−ブタノールを緩やかなN2流により1時間で除去した。
次いで、温度を120℃まで上げ、300.34g(2.0mol)のフェニルグリシジルエーテルを、1時間にわたって滴加した。計量添加終了後に、1H NMR分析によりモノマーの完全な変換を確認できるまで、撹拌を120℃で4時間続けた。
このアルコキシル化は撹拌機及びサーモスタットを備えた圧力反応器中で実施した。392.8g(0.9mol)の高分子開始剤を導入し、反応器を閉じて、排気し、N2を使用して不活性にした。135℃まで加熱後、396.0g(9.0mol)のエチレンオキシドを、最大圧5barを超えないような割合で計量導入した。計量添加を終了させ、圧力が一定のままになるまで135℃で後反応させた後、室温まで冷却した。得られたブロックコポリマーは、次いで、メタノールに溶解させ、酸性イオン交換体Amberlite IR−120Hで中和させた。イオン交換体を濾過により除去後、メタノールを減圧下に除去した。
a)分散剤の製造のために、例14a)により3−フェニルプロパン−1−オールから出発して得られたポリ(フェニルグリシジルエーテル)高分子開始剤を、アルコキシル化反応の開始剤として使用した。
このアルコキシル化は撹拌機及びサーモスタットを備えた圧力反応器中で実施した。392.8g(0.9mol)の高分子開始剤14を導入し、反応器を閉じて、排気し、N2を使用して不活性にした。135℃まで加熱後、396.0g(9.0mol)のエチレンオキシドを、最大圧5barを超えないような割合で計量導入した。計量添加を終了させ、圧力が一定のままになるまで135℃で後反応させた後、104.4g(1.8mol)のプロピレンオキシドを、同じようにして計量導入した。計量添加を終了させ、引き続き、圧力が一定のままになるまで135℃で後反応させた後、室温まで冷却した。得られたブロックコポリマーは、次いで、メタノールに溶解させ、酸性イオン交換体Amberlite IR−120Hで中和させた。イオン交換体を濾過により除去後、メタノールを減圧下に除去した。
還流冷却器及び撹拌機を備えた3つ口フラスコ中で、例14により得られたブロックコポリマー60gをポリリン酸8gと60℃で混合した。引き続いて、温度を80℃まで3時間かけて上昇させ、冷却後、末端基変性ブロックコポリマーが得られた。
スチレンオキシドをフェニルグリシジルエーテルモノマーの替わりに使用した以外は、例14、例16及び例18の分散剤と同じようにして分散剤(本発明のものではない)を合成した。

この目的のために、市販の白色ペイント2種を使用した。
1.Zero PU白色ペイント、水性1成分ポリウレタン(繻子光沢ペイントデザイン、製造者:Zero−Lack)
2.Caparol白色ペイント、溶剤型、アルキド樹脂系(Capalac 高光沢有色ペイント、製造者:Caparol)
V.1.例3のブロックコポリマーを乳化剤として含む油中水滴型エマルジョンを製造するために、採用された手順は以下のとおりである:
不飽和ポリエステル(Cray Valley社のNORSODYNE S 22263 TAE(登録商標))75gをポリプロピレン容器に装入した。高速撹拌機を1980rpmで使用して撹拌しながら、乳化剤(即ちブロックコポリマー例3)を水溶液として添加した。ポリエステルの量に対して、1重量%濃度の乳化剤溶液を添加した。引き続いて、更に水をポリエステル−乳化剤−水プレエマルジョン(Pre‐Emulsion)に徐々に添加した。処方物中の水:ポリエステルの総量の比は、25:75であった。全ての水を添加してしまうと、エマルジョンを30秒休ませて、含まれた空気を逃し、次いで、ガラス製バイアルに移し、バイアル中に密閉して室温で貯蔵した。
Claims (13)
- (a)硬化性不飽和ポリマーの油中水滴型エマルジョン中の乳化剤として、以下の構造単位Iと、以下の構造単位II〜V:
の少なくとも1つと、末端基−O−R4及び/又はR5とから構成されるブロック様構造の両親媒性グリシジルエーテルコポリマーを少なくとも1つと、
(b)不飽和ポリエステル及びα,β−不飽和モノマーを含む硬化性不飽和ポリマーと
を含む油中水滴型エマルジョン組成物であって、
但し、構造単位IVは、常に、構造単位II、III及びVの少なくとも1つと一緒に配置されており、
式中、R1は、C原子1〜20個を有する直鎖状アルキル基もしくは分岐状アルキル基又はC原子4〜10個を有する環状アルキル基、アリール基、アリールアルキレン基、ヘテロアリール基もしくはヘテロアリールアルキレン基であり、其々のアリール環もしくはヘテロアリール環は、置換されていてもよく、
R2は、それぞれ同じか又は異なり、水素又はカルボキシメチレン基もしくは相当する塩もしくは相当するアルキルエステル基、マレイン酸のモノエステル基もしくは相当する単一塩、リン酸基もしくは相当する塩、スルホン酸基もしくは相当する塩、又はスルホコハク酸基もしくは相当する塩であり、或いはR2の多くても20%までが、OH−保護基、であり、
R3は、水素又はC原子1〜6個を有する直鎖状アルキル基もしくは分岐状アルキル基又はC原子4〜6個を有する環状アルキル基であり、
R4は、少なくとも1つのアリール基もしくはアリールアルキレン基により置換されていてもよい、直鎖状アルキル基、分岐状アルキル基もしくは環状アルキル基であるか、場合により置換されたアリール基もしくはアリールアルキレン基であるか、又はC原子1〜5個を有するアルコキシ基を有する反復単位を少なくとも2個有するポリアルキレンオキシド基であり、
R5は、R2と同じか又は異なり、水素又はカルボキシメチレン基もしくは相当する塩もしくは相当するアルキルエステル基、マレイン酸のモノエステル基もしくは相当する単一塩、リン酸基もしくは相当する塩、スルホン酸基もしくは相当する塩、又はスルホコハク酸基もしくは相当する塩であり、
その際、構造単位は、傾斜様、ランダム又はそれぞれブロック様に配置されており、構造単位Iの繰り返しの数は、少なくとも2であり、グリシジルエーテルコポリマーは、反復構造単位Iのブロック少なくとも1つを有し、その反復構造単位Iの少なくとも1つが、芳香族基を持ち、かつ場合により存在する構造単位IVの割合は、構造単位II〜Vの総数の0〜50%であり、但し、フェニルグリシジルエーテル単位5個とエチレンオキシド単位67個とを含むグリシジルブロックコポリマー及び医薬品有効成分からの水性組成物は除外し、同様に、各々71個または62個または38個のエチレンオキサイド単位を持つ2ブロックと中間に配置された7個、8個または12個のフェニルグリシジルエーテル単位のブロックからなるグリシジルブロックコポリマー及び難溶解性の医薬品有効成分からの水性組成物は除外する、組成物。 - 前記グリシジルエーテルコポリマーの構造単位II〜IVの数は、少なくとも構造単位Iの数に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記グリシジルエーテルコポリマーは、反復構造単位Iのブロック少なくとも1つと、反復構造単位IIのブロック少なくとも1つとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記グリシジルエーテルコポリマーは、反復構造単位Iのブロックを少なくとも1つと、反復構造単位IIIのブロック少なくとも1つとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記グリシジルエーテルコポリマーは、反復構造単位Iのブロックの少なくとも1つと、反復構造単位II及びIIIのブロックの少なくとも1つとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記グリシジルエーテルコポリマーは、開始剤分子と結合した出発ブロックとして、反復構造単位Iのブロックを有し、末端基の1つと結合した最終ブロックとして、構造単位IVのブロックと、少なくとも1つの共重合された構造単位II、III又はVのブロックとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 構造単位IVの割合は、存在する構造単位II〜Vの総数の多くても30%であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 構造単位中、
前記R1は、場合により置換されていてよいフェニル基もしくはナフチル基であるか、又はベンジル基であり、
前記R2は、請求項1に記載のものを表し、その場合、存在する前記塩は、アルカリ金属塩、又はアンモニウム塩であり、
前記R3は、水素又はメチル基であり、
前記R4は、C原子1〜10個を有するアルキル基、C原子7〜10個を有するフェニルアルキレン基、又はそれぞれアルキレンオキシド反復単位2〜5個を有する、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドのコポリマーの基もしくはポリエチレンオキシド基であり、
前記R5は、R2と同じか又は異なり、水素又はカルボキシメチレン基もしくは相当する塩もしくは相当するアルキルエステル基、マレイン酸のモノエステル基もしくは相当する単一塩、リン酸基もしくは相当する塩、スルホン酸基もしくは相当する塩、又はスルホコハク酸基もしくは相当する塩であり、
その際、前記構造単位Iの繰り返しの数は、2〜20であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 前記グリシジルエーテルコポリマーは、アニオン重合により製造されたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物からなる、コーティング組成物。
- 請求項10に記載のコーティング組成物の、コーティング。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物からなる、成形材料。
- 請求項12に記載の成形材料から形成される、成形品。
