撹拌器、還流冷却器、内部温度計、及び窒素インレットを備えたフラスコ中で、258gのポリアルキレングリコールモノメタクリレート(モル質量750、EO/POモル比6.3)、136.4gの2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、71.6gのスチレン、及び16.5gの1−ドデカンチオールを、窒素導入下で660mlのt−ブタノール中に仕込んだ。それから、撹拌しながら80℃の温度まで加熱した。反応温度到達後、130mlのイソブタノール中に溶解された16.5gのイニシエーターAMBNを、1時間以内で計量添加した。引き続き、その温度でその後更に5時間撹拌した。室温まで冷却した後、溶剤を真空中で除去した。そのようにして得られたポリマーを、窒素下で、32.7gのアミドスルホン酸及び1.0gの尿素と共にフラスコ中に仕込んだ。それから、撹拌下で4時間、100℃まで加熱した。引き続き、50%濃度の苛性ソーダ溶液でpH値を6.5〜7.5に調整した。NMR分光分析により、相当する硫酸エステル−アンモニウム塩への>95%の転化率を測定することができた。

210gのポリアルキレングリコールモノメタクリレート(モル質量350、EO/POモル比1.7)、101.6gのラウリルメタクリレート、41.6gのスチレン、57.1gのアミドスルホン酸、1.0gの尿素。
撹拌器、還流冷却器、内部温度計、及び窒素インレットを備えたフラスコ中で、363gのポリアルキレングリコールモノメタクリレート(モル質量1100、EO/POモル比10.2、t−ブタノール中で70%濃度)、117.3gのラウリルメタクリレート、48.0gのスチレン、及び11.1gの1−ドデカンチオールを、窒素導入下で730mlのt−ブタノール中に仕込んだ。それから、撹拌しながら80℃の温度まで加熱した。反応温度到達後、150mlのイソブタノール中に溶解された11.1gのイニシエーターAMBNを1時間以内で計量添加した。引き続き、その温度でその後更に5時間撹拌した。室温まで冷却した後、溶剤を真空中で除去した。そのようにして得られたコポリマーを、窒素下で、フラスコ中に仕込んだ。それから、22.7gの無水マレイン酸、及び0.7gの水酸化ナトリウムを加え、そして撹拌しながら75〜85℃の温度まで加熱した。その温度で、3時間の間撹拌し、次いで292gの亜硫酸ナトリウム水溶液(10%濃度)を計量添加した。60〜70℃で反応が完了するまで撹拌し、最後にpH値を50%濃度の苛性ソーダ溶液でpH7に調整した。
452gのポリアルキレングリコールモノメタクリレート(モル質量2,000、EO/POモル比20.5、t−ブタノール中70%濃度)、80.4gのラウリルメタクリレート、32.9gのスチレン、15.5gの無水マレイン酸、0.5gの水酸化ナトリウム、199gの亜硫酸ナトリウム水溶液(10%濃度)。

顔料を、粉末、顆粒、あるいはプレスケークのいずれかとして、分散剤及びその他の添加物と一緒に脱イオン水中でペースト化し、それからディゾルバー(例えば、VMA Getzmann GmbH製のタイプAE3−M1(Type AE3−M1))、又はその他適切な装置で均一化して予分散させた。引き続く微分散化は、ビードミル(例えば、VMZ−Getzmann製のAE3−M1)又はその他適当な分散装置を用いて行い、その際、粉砕は、d=1mmの大きさを有するシリクアーザイトビード(Siliquarzitperlen)や、ジルコニウム混合酸化物ビードを用いて、冷却下で所望の色強度及び色特性(Coloristik)になるまで行った。引き続いて、分散物を所望する顔料最終濃度まで脱イオン水で調節し、粉砕用物体を除去し、顔料調合物を分離した。
色強度及び色相の測定を、DIN55986に従って行った。“ラブアウト試験(Rub−Out−Test)”のために、エマルションペイントを、顔料分散物と混合した後に、ペイントカード上に塗布した。引き続き、ペイントカードの下位部分上を指で後こすりした(nachgerieben)。非相溶性が存在するのは、この後こすりした表面が、その後、隣接する後処理しなかった表面よりも強く着色されている場合である(“ラブアウト試験”はドイツ国特許第2638946号公開公報(特許文献5)に開示されている)。色強度及び着色される媒体との相溶性は、外装用のエマルションペイントで測定した(水ベース、20%TiO2)。

Claims (13)
- (A) 有機顔料及び/又は無機顔料の少なくとも一種、
(B) 次の式(I)又は(II)で表される分散剤、又は該式(I)及び式(II)の分散剤の混合物、
符号a、b、及びcは、それぞれのモノマーのモル分率を示し、
a=0.01〜0.8、
b=0.001〜0.8、
c=0.001〜0.8であり、
ここで、a+b+cの合計は1に等しく、そして、
Aは、C2−C4−アルキレン、及び
Bは、Aとは異なるC2−C4−アルキレンを示し、
Rは、水素又はメチルを示し、
mは、1〜500の数であり;
nは、1〜500の数であり、
Zaは、H又は(C1−C4)−アルキルを示し、
Zbは、H又は(C1−C4)−アルキルを示し、
Zcは、H又は(C1−C4)−アルキルを示し;
R1は、水素又はメチルを示し、
R2は、水素又はメチルを示し、
Yは、直鎖状もしくは分岐状、又は環状であることもでき、そして、ヘテロ原子O、N及び/又はSを含有でき、そして不飽和であることもできる、1〜30個のC原子を有する脂肪族炭化水素基を示し、

(F) 場合によって、水性顔料分散物類を製造するための更なる慣用の添加物、及び
(G) 水、
を含む、水性顔料調合物。 - 前記成分(A)を5〜80重量%含有する、請求項1に記載の顔料調合物。
- 前記成分(B)を0.1〜30重量%含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の顔料調合物。
- 前記成分(A)〜(G)の次の組成:
(A) 5〜80重量%、
(B) 0.1〜30重量%、
(C) 0〜10重量%、
(D) 0〜20重量%、
(E) 0〜30重量%、
(F) 0〜20重量%、
(G) 残余の水、
(それぞれの量は顔料調合物の全重量に基づく)
を特徴とする、請求項1〜3の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物。 - 前記成分(A)〜(G)の次の組成:
(A) 10〜70重量%、
(B) 2〜15重量%、
(C) 0.1〜5重量%、
(D) 1〜10重量%、
(E) 5〜20重量%、
(F) 0.1〜5重量%、
(G) 残余の水、
(それぞれの量は顔料調合物の全重量に基づく)
を特徴とする、請求項1〜4の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物。 - 前記成分(A)の有機顔料が、モノアゾ系顔料、ジスアゾ系顔料、レーキ化アゾ系顔料、β−ナフトール系顔料、ナフトールAS系顔料、ベンズイミダゾロン系顔料、ジスアゾ縮合系顔料、アゾ金属錯体系顔料であるか、又はフタロシアニン系顔料、キナクリドン系顔料、ペリレン系顔料、ペリノン系顔料、チオインジゴ系顔料、アンタントロン系顔料、アントラキノン系顔料、フラバントロン系顔料、インダントロン系顔料、イソビオラントロン系顔料、ピラントロン系顔料、ジオキサジン系顔料、キノフタロン系顔料、イソインドリノン系顔料、イソインドリン系顔料及びジケトピロロピロール系顔料の群からの多環式系顔料であるか、又はカーボンブラック類であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物。
- 前記成分(B)において、アルキレンオキシド単位(A−O)m及び(B−O)nが、ブロック状に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物。
- 前記成分(B)において、(A−O)mが、プロピレンオキシド単位を示し、かつ(B−O)nがエチレンオキシド単位を示すか、又は(A−O)mがエチレンオキシド単位を示し、かつ(B−O)nがプロピレンオキシド単位を示し、その際、エチレンオキシド単位のモル分率が、エチレンオキシド単位とプロピレンオキシド単位の合計に基づいて50〜98%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物。
- 前記成分(B)において、前記式(I)又は式(II)によるイオン性の末端基QMがスルホスクシナートであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物。
- 粉末、顆粒又は水性のプレスケークの形態の前記成分(A)を、水(G)並びに前記成分(B)及び、場合によって成分(C)及び成分(D)の存在下で分散させ、引き続き、場合によって水(G)、並びに場合によって前記成分(E)及び成分(F)の一種又はより多くを混ぜ、そして、場合によって得られた水性顔料分散物を水(G)で希釈するか、あるいは;
前記成分(B)を予め提供し、そして場合によって前記成分(C)、成分(D)、成分(E)及び成分(F)の一種又はより多くを最初に混ぜ、そして均一化し、それから前記成分(A)を、この予め用意した混合物中に混ぜ入れ、その際、前記成分(A)はペースト化され、かつ予分散されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の少なくとも一項に記載の顔料調合物を製造する方法。 - 天然材料又は合成材料を顔料着色するための、請求項1〜9の一つもしくはそれ以上の項に記載の顔料調合物の使用。
- 水性ペイント、エマルションペイント及び着色ニス、水希釈性塗料、壁紙塗料及び印刷インキの顔料着色、紙及び紙パルプの染色、紙原料着色、紙表面及びコーティング剤の着色、紙製造、及び厚紙類及びテキスタイル類の着色のための、請求項11に記載の使用。
- 天然繊維材料及び合成繊維材料、セルロース繊維、ラミネート着色の顔料着色、印刷インキ、インクジェットインキ、電子写真用トナー、粉体塗料、カラーフィルター、電子インキ及び“電子ペーパー”、カラーフィルター、木材保護系、ビスコース−紡糸染色、ソーセージケーシング、種子、肥料、ガラス瓶の製造、並びに、屋根瓦の内部着色、しっくい、コンクリート、木材着色液、カラー鉛筆芯、フェルトペン、ワックス、パラフィン、製図用インキ、ボールペン用インキ、チョーク、洗剤及びクリーニング剤、靴用手入れ剤、ラテックス製品、研磨剤の着色、並びにプラスチックの着色のための、請求項11に記載の使用。
