Claims (9)
- 鋼板の欠陥を探傷する欠陥探傷装置であって、
前記鋼板の上部に幅方向に配列されて前記鋼板の欠陥により漏れる漏れ磁束を検出して出力する複数の上部探傷ユニットと、前記鋼板の下部に幅方向に配列されて前記鋼板の欠陥により漏れる漏れ磁束を検出して出力する複数の下部探傷ユニットと、を含み、
前記複数の上部探傷ユニットのうち一つの上部探傷ユニットの出力信号と前記複数の下部探傷ユニットのうち前記一つの上部探傷ユニットと同一垂直線上に位置する下部探傷ユニットの出力信号との大きさの差に基づいて欠陥関数を求め、前記欠陥関数から前記鋼板の厚さ方向に前記欠陥の位置を分析する欠陥検出部を含み、
前記上部探傷ユニット及び前記下部探傷ユニットは、
対応する第1磁化極及び第2磁化極を含み、前記第1磁化極及び前記第2磁化極により圧延方向に対して所定角度傾いた方向に前記鋼板を磁化させるための磁束を発生させる磁化部と、
前記磁化部によって発生した磁束により、前記鋼板の内部または表面に存在する欠陥により漏れる漏れ磁束を検出する検出部と、を含み、
前記欠陥関数は、下記数1で示される欠陥探傷装置。

ここで、DFは欠陥関数、△Mは前記大きさの差、Aは前記一つの上部探傷ユニットから出力された出力信号の面積(A2)と前記同一垂直線上に位置する下部探傷ユニットの出力信号の面積(A1)との和、Sは前記一つの上部探傷ユニットから出力された出力信号の値と前記同一垂直線上に位置する下部探傷ユニットの出力信号の値のうち最大値と最小値を連結した直線の傾き、Wfは欠陥の種類(円、楕円、直線等)、Lは検出部と鋼板との間隔を補償するための値である。 - 前記第2磁化極は、前記第1磁化極が傾いた方向と直交する方向に前記第1磁化極から所定距離平行移動して配置される、請求項1に記載の欠陥探傷装置。
- 前記第1磁化極と前記第2磁化極は同一長さを有する、請求項2に記載の欠陥探傷装置。
- 前記第1磁化極及び前記第2磁化極は前記圧延方向に対して45度傾いて配置される、請求項1に記載の欠陥探傷装置。
- 前記複数の上部探傷ユニット及び前記複数の下部探傷ユニットはユニット毎に着脱できるようにモジュラー(modular)状に設けられる、請求項1に記載の欠陥探傷装置。
- 前記磁化部は、永久磁石と、前記永久磁石の両側に延びるヨークと、を含み、
前記第1磁化極は前記ヨークの一端部に設けられ、前記第2磁化極は前記ヨークの他端部に設けられる、請求項1に記載の欠陥探傷装置。 - 前記永久磁石は円筒状の永久磁石である、請求項6に記載の欠陥探傷装置。
- 前記円筒状の永久磁石は、
前記磁化部に円筒の長さ方向を軸として回転できるように設けられ、
前記ヨークに誘導される磁束の大きさは調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の欠陥探傷装置。 - 前記センサ部は隣接するホールセンサとの間隔が60μm以下の複数のホールセンサを含む、請求項1に記載の欠陥探傷装置。
