Claims (4)
- 流体圧供給源として用いられる可変容量型ベーンポンプであって、
回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータに摺動自在に収装される複数のベーンと、
前記ベーンの先端部が摺接する内周カム面を有し、前記ロータの中心に対する偏心量を変更するように、支持ピンを支点として揺動するように構成されるカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングと隣り合う前記ベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室に吸い込まれる作動流体を導く吸込ポートと、
前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出ポートと、
を備え、
前記吸込ポートの開口部外周は、前記ロータに対する前記カムリングの偏心量にかかわらず、前記カムリングの前記内周カム面に沿って又は前記内周カム面より外側に位置するように形成され、
前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ポンプ室との連通が終わる連通終了側における前記吸込ポートの開口部内周には、該開口部内周が連通終了側端部へ向けて次第に開口部外周に近づくように滑らかに形成されるガイド部が備えられる、
ことを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ポンプ室との連通が終わる連通終了側における前記開口部外周は、前記カムリングの偏心量が増大するほど、前記カムリングの前記内周カム面に近づくように形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 連通終了側における前記開口部外周は、前記カムリングが最大偏心位置である場合、前記カムリングの前記内周カム面に沿って位置するように形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記吸込ポートの開口幅は、前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ポンプ室との連通が始まる連通開始側より、前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ポンプ室との連通が終わる連通終了側の方が大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
