Claims (3)
- 流体圧供給源として用いられるベーンポンプであって、
回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータに摺動自在に収装される複数のベーンと、
前記ベーンの先端部が摺接する内周カム面を有し前記ロータの中心に対して偏心可能なカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングと隣り合う前記ベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室に吸い込まれる作動流体を導く吸込ポートと、
前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出ポートと、を備え、
前記吸込ポートは、前記ロータの中心を中心として円弧状に形成され、前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ポンプ室との連通が始まる連通開始側吸込ポート端部と、前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ポンプ室との連通が終わる連通終了側吸込ポート端部と、を有し、
前記連通開始側吸込ポート端部に前記カムリングが最大偏心位置にある際における前記カムリングの内周カム面の形状と略同一形状に形成された第一のポート内壁面が形成され、前記連通終了側吸込ポート端部に前記カムリングが最小偏心位置にある際における前記カムリングの内周カム面の形状と略同一形状に形成された第二のポート内壁面が形成されることを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記吸込ポートは、前記ロータ及び前記カムリングの一側部に当接するサイドプレートが形成され、前記カムリングが最大偏心位置にあるときに、前記第一のポート内壁面が前記ロータの回転軸と平行な方向において前記カムリングの内周カム面と段差なく延びて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
- 前記吸込ポートの開口幅が前記吸込ポートの中程から前記連通開始側吸込ポート端部の先端にかけて次第に小さくなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
