Abstract
【解決手段】ベーンポンプは、動力源の動力によって回転駆動されるロータと、ロータの外周に開口を有して放射状に複数形成され、開口がロータの外周から隆起した隆起部に設けられるスリットと、スリットごとに摺動自在に収装されるベーンと、ベーンがスリットから突出する方向の端部であるベーンの先端部が摺接する内周カム面を有するカムリングと、ロータとカムリングと隣り合うベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、ロータの側面が摺接する摺接面を有するサイド部材と、サイド部材に開口して形成されポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出ポートと、サイド部材に設けられ吐出ポートの開口からロータの回転方向後方へ向けて延びるノッチと、を備える。ノッチは、ロータの隆起部より径方向外側に形成される。

Claims (3)
- 流体圧供給源として用いられるベーンポンプであって、
動力源の動力によって回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータの外周に開口を有して放射状に複数形成され、前記開口が前記ロータの外周から隆起した隆起部に設けられるスリットと、
前記スリットごとに摺動自在に収装されるベーンと、
前記ベーンが前記スリットから突出する方向の端部である前記ベーンの先端部が摺接する内周カム面を有するカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングと隣り合う前記ベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、
前記ロータの側面が摺接する摺接面を有するサイド部材と、
前記サイド部材に開口して形成され前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出ポートと、
前記サイド部材に設けられ前記吐出ポートの開口から前記ロータの回転方向後方へ向けて延びるノッチと、
を備え、
前記ノッチは、前記ロータの前記隆起部より径方向外側に形成される、
ことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記ノッチより径方向内側に形成される内側ノッチをさらに備え、
前記内側ノッチは、前記ノッチより前記ロータの回転方向の長さが短い、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。 - 前記内側ノッチは、前記ロータの前記隆起部の最外周部より内側に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベーンポンプ。
