Description
本発明の1つの実施形態は、筐体、プランジャーを備えた針付きの注射器、および前記針付きの注射器を前記筐体内で第1の方向に動かして、前記注射器の針を前記筐体を越えて延在させ、前記プランジャーを前進させて注入のために注射器内容物を前記針を通じて押し出すための少なくとも1つの付勢要素を有する自動注入装置における、遅延機構であって、
前記注射器のためのシャトルであって、第1のラッチ要素を含む、シャトルと、
第2のラッチ要素を含む追随部分であって、前記第2のラッチ要素は、前記第1のラッチ要素と協働して、前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向における前記追随部分に対する前記シャトルの動きを制限するためのものである追随部分と、
注入の間、注射器プランジャーとの係合によって前記筐体内でロック位置から解放位置に移動可能であるロック部材であって、前記ロック部材は、前記ロック位置にあるとき、前記シャトルに対する前記追随部分の回転を防止し、前記ロック部材は、前記解放位置にあるとき、前記シャトルに対する前記追随部分の回転を許容するロック部材と、
前記シャトルに対する前記追随部分の回転を減衰するための、前記追随部分と支持表面との間にある減衰性化合物と、
前記シャトルと前記追随部分との間で作用する二重機能付勢部材であって、前記付勢部材は、前記シャトルに対して回転するように前記追随部分を促すねじり力、および前記シャトルを前記追随部分から離すように促す軸方向の力の両方を提供し、これによって、注入の間、前記ロック部材が前記解放位置に動くとき、最初に前記二重機能付勢部材はラッチ位置から前記シャトルに対して回転するように前記追随部分を押し、そのときに前記第1および第2のラッチ要素はラッチ解除位置まで協働し、そのときに前記第2のラッチ要素は前記第1のラッチ要素から係合が外れ、次に前記二重機能付勢部材は、前記追随部分に対して軸方向に前記シャトルを押し、注入後に前記筐体の中に前記注射器の針を後退させるために前記シャトルを動かす、二重機能付勢部材と、を備える、遅延機構である。
上記実施形態は、以下の構成を備えることが好ましい。
(1)前記二重機能付勢部材が、前記追随部分および前記シャトルにそれぞれ直接係合する第1および第2の端部を有するコイル状のバネを含む。
(2)(1)において、前記コイル状のバネの第1の端部が、前記追随部分の胴体を通る開口部により形成される相補的な形状のくぼみ内に嵌合する半径方向外側に延在する先端を含む。
(3)(1)において、前記コイル状のバネの第2の端部が、前記シャトルに形成される相補的な形状のくぼみ内に嵌合する軸方向に延在する先端を含む。
(4)(3)において、前記シャトルに形成される前記くぼみが、前記第1のラッチ要素を備える半径方向に突出するタブに形成される。
(5)前記支持表面が、前記装置の筐体に対して回転可能に固定されるカラーの表面を含む。
(6)前記ロック部材が、前記追随部分と一体的に形成され、注入の間、前記注射器のプランジャーの張出し部との係合によって、ロック位置から解放位置に前記シャトルに対して軸方向に移動可能である少なくとも1つの湾曲部を備える。
(7)前記シャトルが、前記針付きの注射器を前記第1の方向に動かして、前記プランジャーを前進させる付勢要素が作用する支持体を備え、これによって前記針を後退させるための前記シャトルの付勢が、前記プランジャーを前進させる前記付勢要素によって抵抗されない。
いて、プランジャーの突起は図16に示されているようにシャトルの開口部194を通して嵌合でき、駆動バネ149は、プランジャー要素116を下方に直接付勢して、それを駆動し、それによってピストン118を近位にし、その駆動された動きにより、シャトルおよび筐体22に対して注射器のバレル112が近位に移動し、使用者の皮膚に侵入するために針114の先端を筐体の近位端を越えて突出させ、次いで注射するためにその針を通して注射器の薬剤内容物を押し出す。図16において、ボタン25はそれを押し下げた端部にて示されており、その配置において、スリーブのリブ82はボタンのスロット92の端部に到達し、ボタンのラッチ106は、スリーブのスナップバンプ80の下でスナップ式に嵌合して、筐体に対してその押し下げられた状態においてボタンを保持し、装置の使用を視覚的に示すように、ボタンの端部ディスク88がスリーブ26の上端と同一平面になる。図16において、バネ149がプランジャー要素を下方に駆動するために大部分巻かれているのをほどかれる前であるが、プランジャー要素はシャトルからラッチ解除されて示されている。
口部262およびチャネル260がそれぞれシャトルのタブ236および234と一致するまで、シャトル170の周囲の追随部分250の回転はバネ290によって駆動される。この構成において、装置20が図18に示されており、タブ234および236はレッジ254および256から離れているので、シャトル170および追随部分250はラッチ解除される。
Claims (3)
- 本体を含む筐体と、
複数のラッチ突起を有するプランジャーを備えた針付きの注射器であって、前記ラッチ突起は、前記筐体の本体内のラッチ要素における少なくとも1つの開口部を通して延在する、針付きの注射器と、
前記筐体の本体および前記ラッチ突起に対して第1の角度位置と第2の角度位置との間で回転可能なボタンであって、前記ラッチ突起は、前記ラッチ要素と解放可能に係合するラッチ表面を有し、前記ラッチ突起は傾斜表面を備え、前記ボタンは、前記ラッチ要素との係合を外して前記ラッチ突起のラッチ表面を移動させるように、前記ラッチ突起をカム作用させるために、前記本体に対して前記ボタンを手動で押し下げている間、前記傾斜表面と係合し、それによって、前記ラッチ突起が、前記ラッチ要素における前記少なくとも1つの開口部を通過できる、少なくとも1つの作動要素を備える、ボタンと、
