Claims (7)
- 排ガス通路(5)内の流れを制御する排ガス弁(9)と、
バイパス通路(6)内の流れを制御するバイパス弁(10)と、
前記排ガス弁(9)及び前記バイパス弁(10)を制御する制御可能なアクチュエータ(8)と、
を備える、内燃機関(1)用の排ガス制御装置(2)であって、
前記排ガス弁(9)及び前記バイパス弁(10)は、共通の1つの弁ボディ(15)と共通の1つの排ガス入口通路(11)とを備え、
前記弁ボディ(15)を収容するハウジング(19)が、共通の前記排ガス入口通路(11)の入口開口(12)と、前記排ガス弁(9)の前記排ガス通路(5)の出口開口(13)と、前記バイパス弁(10)の前記バイパス通路(6)の出口開口(14)とを備え、
前記弁ボディ(15)は、前記ハウジング(19)内に回動可能に配置されていて、回動軸線に対して傾斜した2つの排ガス案内面(20,21)を備え、これにより、第1の回動位置では、前記入口開口(12)は、一方の前記排ガス案内面(20)を介して前記排ガス通路(5)の出口開口(13)に接続されていて、第2の回動位置では、前記入口開口(12)は、他方の前記排ガス案内面(21)を介して前記バイパス通路(6)の出口開口(14)に接続されている、内燃機関(1)用の排ガス制御装置(2)において、
前記弁ボディ(15)は、一方の前記排ガス案内面(20,21)の部分域に配置された基部(22)を備え、第3の回動位置で、前記基部(22)は、前記入口開口(12)を閉鎖し、
前記基部(22)は、前記弁ボディ(15)の前記排ガス案内面(20,21)のうちの1つだけに配置されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関(1)用の排ガス制御装置(2)。 - 共通の前記排ガス入口通路(11)は、共通の前記弁ボディ(15)まで通じている、請求項1記載の排ガス制御装置。
- 共通の前記弁ボディ(15)は、所定の位置で、前記入口開口(12)を閉鎖する、請求項1又は2記載の排ガス制御装置。
- 共通の前記弁ボディ(15)は、前記入口開口(12)を閉鎖する位置で、両方の前記出口開口(13,14)を互いに分離している、請求項3記載の排ガス制御装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(8)は、前記弁ボディ(15)の回動位置を調節する作動モータである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス制御装置。
- 前記作動モータの回動軸線は、前記弁ボディ(15)の回動軸線に対して平行に配置されており、前記作動モータと前記弁ボディ(15)との間の伝動装置が平らに構成されている、請求項5記載の排ガス制御装置。
- 前記ハウジング(19)は、管状に外套面を備えて構成されており、前記入口開口(12)は、前記外套面の所定の側に配置されていて、前記出口開口(13,14)は、前記外套面の、前記入口開口(12)とは反対に位置する側に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス制御装置。
