- 被覆電線と、該被覆電線の端末に露呈された芯線に固着された端子金具とを含む端子付電線であって、
前記端子金具が、前記被覆電線の絶縁被覆に圧着された被覆圧着部と、前記絶縁被覆の端部から延出する前記芯線が固着された芯線固着部と、該芯線固着部から延出して相手側に接続される接続部を含んでおり、前記芯線固着部の少なくとも前記接続部側の端部が、半田層によって覆われている一方、
前記芯線固着部に外装されて被着された熱収縮チューブの前記接続部側の開口部から、前記半田層によって覆われた前記芯線固着部の少なくとも前記端部が露呈している、
ことを特徴とする端子付電線。 - 前記熱収縮チューブと前記芯線固着部の間に追加接着剤が付加されている請求項1に記載の端子付電線。
- 前記芯線固着部の全体が前記半田層に覆われている請求項1又は2に記載の端子付電線。
