Description
Claims (5)
- 器具および装置を滅菌するための蒸気滅菌器であって、
内壁と外壁とを有していて、前記内壁が滅菌チャンバを画定し、前記外壁が前記内壁から間隔を空けて配置されて前記滅菌チャンバを取り囲む空洞部を画定するようになっている槽体と、
前記空洞部の下方部に配設されていて、前記空洞部内の液体を加熱して蒸気化するようになっている加熱素子と、
前記槽体に接続されていて、前記空洞部へ液体を搬送するようになっており、また前記空洞部内で発生させられた蒸気を前記空洞部から前記滅菌チャンバへ搬送するようになっており、さらに前記滅菌チャンバから蒸気を排出するようになっている流体回路と、
を備えており、
前記流体回路が、
前記滅菌チャンバを前記空洞部と流体的に接続する経路と、
前記空洞部から前記滅菌チャンバへ向かう蒸気の流れを制御するために前記経路内に設けられた弁と、
液体を前記槽体の前記空洞部へ搬送するためのポンプと、
を備えており、
前記空洞部は、滅菌サイクルが実行されているかどうかに関わらず蒸気を加圧状態に維持すること
を特徴とする蒸気滅菌器。 - 前記流体回路が、
熱交換器と、
前記滅菌チャンバから蒸気を排出させるようになっており、前記熱交換器を通り抜けて伸びる第1の経路と、
前記ポンプを前記空洞部へ流体的に接続し、前記熱交換器を通り抜けて伸びる第2の経路と、
をさらに備えており、
前記熱交換器において前記第1の経路内の蒸気と前記第2の経路内の液体との間で熱交換が行われること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気滅菌器。 - 前記流体回路が、
熱交換器と、
前記滅菌チャンバから蒸気を排出させるようになっており、前記熱交換器を通り抜けて伸びる第1の経路と、
自身を通して冷却流体を搬送するようになっており、前記熱交換器を通り抜けて伸びる第2の経路と、
をさらに備えており、
前記熱交換器において前記第1の経路内の蒸気と前記第2の経路内の冷却流体との間で熱交換が行われること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気滅菌器。 - 前記流体回路が、前記滅菌チャンバから蒸気を取り除くための真空ポンプをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気滅菌器。
- 前記流体回路が、
蒸気を前記空洞部から前記槽体に設けられた封止部へと搬送するようになっており、その一端において前記空洞部と流体的に接続され、他端において前記封止部と流体的に接続された経路
をさらに備えており、
前記封止部は、
開口部が形成された端板と、
前記端板に形成されており前記端板の前記開口部の外周を取り巻いて広がる溝と、
前記溝内に配置された封止材と、
前記端板に取り付けられており前記封止材と気密式に押し付くようになっている扉と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気滅菌器。
