Abstract
【解決手段】電池外装用ステンレス箔1は、Feを40mol%以上、CrをFeより少なく、Siを40mol%以下含有し、厚みが2nm以上の酸化皮膜1aを有し、圧延方向に直交する方向の算術平均粗さRaが0.02μm以上0.1μm未満である。

Description
表1に示す成分を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなるSUS304のステンレス鋼板を冷間圧延し、厚さ20μmのステンレス箔を得た。
◎:張り出し高さが5mm以上においても、電池外装用ステンレス箔の割れが生じない。
○:張り出し高さが3mm以上5mm未満において、電池外装用ステンレス箔に割れが生じる。
×:張り出し高さが3mm未満において、電池外装用ステンレス箔に割れが生じる。
◎:冷熱衝撃試験後のピール強度が、試験前の80%以上。
○:冷熱衝撃試験後のピール強度が、試験前の40%以上80%未満。
×:冷熱衝撃試験後のピール強度が、試験前の40%未満。
◎:カットの線に沿って剥離した樹脂が20個以内。
○:カットの線に沿って剥離した樹脂が20個以上40個未満。
×:カットの線に沿って剥離した樹脂が40個以上。
上記の加工性および密着性の評価結果を表3に示す。
ステンレス鋼板を冷間圧延する際に、仕上げ粗さが異なる圧延ロールを用いる点を除いて上記の実施例1と同様の条件で、実施例6、実施例7および比較例5に係る電池外装用ステンレス箔を得た。圧延工程後の圧延ステンレス箔における、圧延方向に対して直交する方向の算術表面粗さRaを表4に記す。また、焼鈍工程後の電池外装用ステンレス箔における酸化皮膜の組成および厚みの分析結果も合わせて表4に示す。

Claims (3)
- Feを40mol%以上、CrをFeより少なく、Siを40mol%以下含有し、厚みが2nm以上の酸化皮膜を有し、
圧延方向に直交する方向の算術平均粗さRaが0.02μm以上0.1μm未満である電池外装用ステンレス箔。 - 前記酸化皮膜の厚みが5nm以下である請求項1に記載の電池外装用ステンレス箔。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電池外装用ステンレス箔の製造方法であって、
圧延方向に直交する方向の算術平均粗さRaが0.02μm以上0.1μm未満である圧延ステンレス箔を得る工程と、
露点−40〜−60℃かつH2分圧75%以上の還元雰囲気下にて900〜1180℃で前記圧延ステンレス箔を焼鈍して前記酸化皮膜を形成する工程とを含む、電池外装用ステンレス箔の製造方法。
