Description
図5は、本実施形態の変形例におけるベアリングハウジング2内部の概略断面図である。図5に示すように、この変形例においては、セミフローティングメタル(軸受20)の他に、スラスト軸受30、32とスラストカラー34とが配される。図5に示すように、スラストカラー34は、タービン軸7のコンプレッサインペラ9側に配される。スラスト軸受30、32は、それぞれスラストカラー34(対向部)の軸方向の一方側(図5においてスラストカラー34の左側)と他方側(図5においてスラストカラー34の右側)に配される。
Claims (6)
- 過給機本体と、
前記過給機本体内に回転自在に収容され、一端にタービンインペラが設けられるとともに他端にコンプレッサインペラが設けられたタービン軸と、
前記過給機本体内に設けられ、前記タービン軸を挿通孔において回転自在に軸支する軸受と、
前記軸受の前記タービン軸の軸方向の端面に対向する対向部と、
を備え、
前記軸受の前記対向部との対向面、または、該対向部の該軸受との対向面のいずれか一方には、前記軸受の端面における前記タービン軸の径方向外周縁と前記挿通孔とを連通させる端面ガイド部が設けられ、
前記端面ガイド部は、前記軸受の端面における前記挿通孔に連通する部分から、前記タービン軸の回転方向前方側に向かって延伸し、
前記端面ガイド部は、異物が、潤滑油と共に、当該端面ガイド部が設けられた前記対向面から前記径方向外側に向けて排出される経路を形成し、その延伸方向は、前記タービン軸の回転力を受けた前記潤滑油の油滴について、前記軸受の径方向の中心である原点からの距離及び前記原点を基準とした位相角をそれぞれr及びθ、初期条件における前記原点からの距離及び前記原点を基準とした位相角をそれぞれr1及びθ1として、前記油滴の軌跡を示す次の式、
を満たすことを特徴とする過給機。 - 前記軸受は、前記タービン軸との間に油膜を保持して該タービン軸のラジアル荷重を受ける軸受面を備えるブッシュで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機。
- 前記軸受面、もしくは、前記軸受面に対向する前記タービン軸の外周面には、当該タービン軸の軸方向の一端側から他端側まで延伸する溝によって形成される軸受面ガイド部が設けられ、
前記軸受面ガイド部は、前記タービン軸の軸方向の一端側が前記端面ガイド部に連通するとともに、該タービン軸の軸方向の一端側が他端側よりも、前記タービン軸の回転方向前方側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の過給機。 - 前記軸受面ガイド部は、異物が、潤滑油と共に、前記軸受面から前記端面ガイド部に向けて排出される経路を形成し、その延伸方向は、前記タービン軸の回転力を受けた前記潤滑油の油滴の移動方向に沿うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の過給機。
- 前記軸受は、前記過給機本体に設けられたピンによって回転方向および軸方向の移動が規制されるセミフローティングメタルで構成されることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の過給機。
- 過給機本体と、
前記過給機本体内に回転自在に収容され、一端にタービンインペラが設けられるとともに他端にコンプレッサインペラが設けられたタービン軸と、
前記タービン軸と一体回転するスラストカラーと、
前記スラストカラーに対して前記タービン軸の軸方向に対向配置され、挿通孔に該タービン軸が挿通されるとともに、当該スラストカラーを介して前記タービン軸のスラスト荷重を受けるスラスト軸受と、
を備え、
前記スラスト軸受の前記スラストカラーとの対向面、または、該スラストカラーの該スラスト軸受との対向面のいずれか一方には、前記スラストカラーのうち、前記タービン軸の径方向外周縁と、前記挿通孔とを連通させる端面ガイド部が設けられ、
前記端面ガイド部は、前記スラスト軸受の端面における前記挿通孔に連通する部分から、前記タービン軸の回転方向前方側に向かって延伸し、
前記端面ガイド部は、異物が、潤滑油と共に、当該端面ガイド部が設けられた前記対向面から前記径方向外側に向けて排出される経路を形成し、その延伸方向は、前記タービン軸の回転力を受けた前記潤滑油の油滴について、前記スラスト軸受の径方向の中心である原点からの距離及び位相角をそれぞれr及びθ、初期条件における前記原点からの距離及び位相角をそれぞれr1及びθ1として、前記油滴の軌跡を示す次の式、
を満たすことを特徴とする過給機。
