Claims (3)
- 基盤の上に開閉自在に支持される一対の割型を備えたブロー型と、
開閉方向に沿った部位における前記割型に設けられる被案内部材と、
前記基盤に設けられ一対の割型の開閉に伴って前記被案内部材が相対的に転動するように接触する案内部材と、を備え、
前記被案内部材は、前記割型の開閉方向に直交する軸周りで回転する回転部材であり、
前記案内部材は、前記回転部材が転動することで、前記割型の開閉方向に交差する方向の前記割型の移動を規制する転動面を有している
ことを特徴とするブロー型ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のブロー型ユニットにおいて、
前記回転部材の回転中心軸は、前記割型の開閉方向とは直交する方向に沿って延設され、
前記案内部材は、前記割型の開閉方向と前記回転部材の回転中心の延設方向とを含む面に平行な底面を有する案内ブロックであり、
前記転動面は、前記案内ブロックの底面である
ことを特徴とするブロー型ユニット。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のブロー型ユニットを備えることを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
