Description
Claims (12)
- 複数の管部材によって管状組織の病変部位にステントを運んで施術するステント施術装置において、
前記管部材の施術端に形成され、前記病変部位を焼灼する焼灼用バイポーラ電極と、
前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極に接続され、前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極から高周波電流が放射されるようにする高周波発生器とを含んで構成され、
前記管部材は、一端に把持のための固定取っ手が取り付けられ、他端にステント載置のためのステントシートが形成された少なくとも1つの固定管と、一端に把持のための移動取っ手が取り付けられ、前記固定管の外周面に長手方向に移動可能に挿入され、前記ステントシートで前記固定管との間に前記ステントを圧縮状態で装填するようになっている少なくとも1つの移動管とを含んでなるが、
前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極は、前記移動管の前記移動取っ手に対応する施術端の一側に配置されることを特徴とする、焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。 - 前記移動管は、焼灼前、焼灼中、または焼灼後の組織の温度をモニタリングするように、前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極によって焼灼が行われる部分に設けられた温度センサをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極は、少なくとも1つの絶縁間隙をおいて相互離隔した少なくとも一対のアクティブ電極およびパッシブ電極からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記一対のアクティブ電極および前記パッシブ電極は、表面積が互いに同じ対称構造となっていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記一対のアクティブ電極および前記パッシブ電極は、表面積が互いに異なる非対称構造となっていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記絶縁間隙に対応する前記移動管の外周面には、絶縁部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極は、前記移動管の外周面の一側に螺旋状に複数回巻かれたアクティブ電極と、前記アクティブ電極の間に前記移動管の外周面の一側に螺旋状に複数回巻かれたパッシブ電極とを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記アクティブ電極と前記パッシブ電極は、相互間に一定の交互間隔をおいて前記移動管の外周面に巻かれていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記アクティブ電極または前記パッシブ電極のうちのいずれか一方の電極は、他方の電極と交互せずに連続して重畳した集中部をそれぞれ含むが、前記集中部は、前記電極のピッチの間隔が前記電極の他の部分が有するピッチより密になっているか、またはピッチ間隔なしに前記移動管の外周面に巻かれていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記いずれか一方の電極の前記集中部は、対応する他方の電極の集中部との間に絶縁間隙をおいていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記絶縁間隙に対応する前記移動管の外周面には、絶縁部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
- 前記焼灼用バイポーラ電極は、前記移動取っ手を介して前記高周波発生器に延びた引込線が前記アクティブ電極および前記パッシブ電極の延長線に形成され、前記引込線は、前記移動管の内皮部と外皮部との間に介在して外部に露出しないように仕上げ処理されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の焼灼兼用ステント施術装置。
