Description
塗装後、塗膜に傷が生じると、このAl系めっき鋼板は赤錆発生を抑制することはできる。しかし、傷部からの塗膜膨れの発生を抑制する事は難しく、最も優れた塗装後耐食性を有するものではない。このため、人目につく自動車用外板パネルには適さない。
本発明は、上記知見に基づきなされたものであり、その要旨は以下の通りである。
[1]鋼板表面に、下地鋼板との界面に存在する界面合金層とその上層の2層からなるAl-Zn系めっき層を有し、
前記上層は、SiおよびCa、またはさらにAlとの化合物を含有し、かつ、前記上層中のCa/Siのmass%比が0.72〜1.4であり、
前記界面合金層は、Fe−Al系および/またはFe−Al−Si系の化合物から成り、
前記上層中のSi含有量が0.1〜2.0mass%、Ca含有量が0.001〜2.0mass%である、Al-Zn系めっき鋼板。
[2]前記上層は、Al含有量が50〜85mass%、Zn含有量が11〜49.8mass%、Si含有量が0.1〜2.0mass%、Ca含有量が0.001〜2.0mass%であり、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる、前記[1]のAl-Zn系めっき鋼板。
[3]前記上層中に、Si単体からなるSi相を含まない、前記[1]または[2]のAl-Zn系めっき鋼板。
[4]前記上層中のSiは、Al、CaおよびFeから選ばれる1種以上と金属間化合物を形成する、前記[1]〜[3]のいずれかのAl-Zn系めっき鋼板。
本発明のAl-Zn系めっき鋼板は、めっき中に主としてAlを含み、かつ、Znを含むめっき鋼板のことである。鋼板表面に、下地鋼板との界面に存在する界面合金層(下層)とその上層の2層からなるAl-Zn系めっきを有する。前記界面合金層は、Feを含有し、Fe−Al系および/またはFe−Al−Si系の化合物を形成する。前記上層は、SiおよびCa、またはさらにAlとの化合物を含有し、かつ、上層中のCa/Siのmass%比が0.72〜1.4である。前記上層中のSi含有量が0.1〜2.0mass%、Ca含有量が0.001〜2.0mass%である。
また、前記上層中に、Si単体からなるSi相を含まないことが好ましい。前記上層中のSiは、Al、CaおよびFeから選ばれる1種以上と金属間化合物を形成することが好ましい。
なお、めっき付着量は、JISH0401:2007に規定される付着量試験方法(間接法)に基づいて測定した。 以上により製造されたAl-Zn系めっき鋼板に対して、上層における、SiとAlまたはさらにCaと化合物(α−Al相、CaSi2、CaAlSi、CaAl2Si1.5、CaAl2Si2、あるいはその他のAlおよび/またはCaと化合物)の有無、界面合金層(下層)におけるFe−Al系および/またはFe−Al−Si系の化合物形成の有無および上層中の単体のSi相の有無を調査した。これらの調査、確認は、X線回折(Cu-Kα線、管電圧55kV、管電流250mA)を用いて行った。さらに、電子線マイクロアナライザで鏡面に研磨した断面の元素マッピングを行い、X線回折で得られた化合物の情報をもとに、元素の分布状態から界面合金層および上層に形成する化合物を特定した。
合わせ部耐食性試験後の試験片は、合わせ部を分解して塗膜や錆を除去した後、下地の鋼板の腐食深さをマイクロメーターにて測定した。試験片腐食部を20mm×15mmの単位区画で10区画に区切り、各区画の最大腐食深さを腐食していない健全部の板厚と腐食部の板厚の差として求めた。測定した各単位区画の最大腐食深さデータにGumbel分布を適用して極値統計解析を行い、最大腐食深さの最頻値を求めた。
Claims (3)
- 鋼板表面に、下地鋼板との界面に存在する界面合金層とその上層の2層からなるAl-Zn系めっき層を有し、
前記上層は、SiおよびCa、またはさらにAlとの化合物を含有し、かつ、前記上層中のCa/Siのmass%比が0.72〜1.4であり、
前記界面合金層は、Fe−Al系および/またはFe−Al−Si系の化合物から成り、
前記上層は、Al含有量が50〜85mass%、Zn含有量が11〜49.8mass%、Si含有量が0.1〜2.0mass%、Ca含有量が0.4〜2.0mass%であり、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる、Al-Zn系めっき鋼板。 - 前記上層中に、Si単体からなるSi相を含まない、請求項1に記載のAl-Zn系めっき鋼板。
- 前記上層中のSiは、Al、CaおよびFeから選ばれる1種以上と金属間化合物を形成する、請求項1または2に記載のAl-Zn系めっき鋼板。
