Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero recubierta de A1-Zn que suprime la formación de ampollas y ofrece buena resistencia a la corrosión después del pintado. Una lámina de acero recubierta de Al-Zn incluye una capa de recubrimiento de Al-Zn sobre una superficie de lámina de acero, la capa de recubrimiento de Al-Zn incluyendo dos capas que son una capa de aleación interfacial presente en una interfaz con una lámina de acero base y una capa superior dispuesta sobre la capa de aleación interfacial. La capa superior contiene compuestos de Si y Ca o Si, Ca, y Al, y la relación en % en masa de Ca/Si en la capa superior es de 0.72 a 1.4. La capa de aleación interfacial contiene un compuesto de Fe-Al y/o un compuesto de Fe-Al-Si. En la capa superior, el contenido de Si es de 0.1 a 2.0% en masa y el contenido de Ca es de 0.001 a 2.0% en masa.
