Claims (4)
- シフト方向およびそれに交差するセレクト方向へ操作可能なシフトレバーが、その球状基端部を円形穴内で保持する本体部材から立設された車両用シフト操作装置であって、
前記シフトレバーの軸まわりの回転を阻止するために前記球状基端部から前記シフト方向の一方またはセレクト方向の一方であって前記球状基端部の球心を通り且つ前記シフトレバーの軸と垂直な方向へ突設された案内突起と、
前記本体部材に形成され、前記シフトレバーが前記シフト方向の一方またはセレクト方向の一方へ操作されたときに前記案内突起を該シフトレバーをその操作方向の操作を許容するように案内する操作方向案内溝とを、含み、
前記シフトレバーが前記シフト方向の他方またはセレクト方向の他方の操作の中立時において、前記案内突起の基端部とそれに対向する前記操作方向案内溝の壁面との間隔は、該案内突起の先端部とそれに対向する該操作方向案内溝の壁面との間隔よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする車両用シフト操作装置。 - 前記操作方向案内溝の前記案内突起を挟んで相対向する壁面は、相互に平行となるように形成されたものであり、
前記案内突起の基端部の前記操作方向案内溝に対向する部分は、該案内突起の先端部から該基端部に近づくほど小さい幅寸法に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用シフト操作装置。 - 前記案内突起は、その先端部から基端部へ同じ幅寸法となるように形成されたものであり、
前記操作方向案内溝の前記案内突起を挟んで相対向する壁面は、該案内突起の先端部に対向する部分から該案内突起の基端部に対向する部分に近づくほど大きい間隔となるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用シフト操作装置。 - 前記本体部材の円形穴と前記シフトレバーの球状基端部との間には、該球状基端部に摺接する球状軸受け面を有し且つ径方向に弾性変形可能な軸受部材が介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の車両用シフト操作装置。
