Description
まず、有機溶媒に無機塩を溶解させる。
3重量%のCaCl2を含むN−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)の有機溶媒を窒素雰囲気下で反応器内に入れ、パラ−フェニレンジアミン(p−phenylenediamine)50モル%とシアノ−パラ−フェニレンジアミン(cyano−p−phenylenediamine)50モル%を前記反応器に入れて溶解して混合溶液を製造した。
コンディショニング溶液と接触させた後の繊維中の残存水分率と延伸比を表1に示したように変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方法でパラ系アラミド繊維を製造した。
Claims (3)
- (i)下記構造式(I)で示される繰り返し単位を有するアラミド共重合体が有機溶媒に溶解されている重合溶液を、紡糸口金を通じて繊維状に紡糸する工程;
(ii)紡糸された繊維を不活性気体内に通過させながら、前記繊維中に残存する重合溶媒の一部を除去する工程;
(iii)不活性気体を通過した繊維を有機溶媒及び無機塩を含むコンディショニング溶液と接触させて、繊維中の残存水分率を10〜15%の範囲に維持させる工程;及び
(iv)コンディショニング溶液と接触した繊維を延伸、水洗、乾燥及び熱処理する工程;を含むことを特徴とするパラ系アラミド繊維の乾式紡糸方法:
ここで、R1は−CN、−Cl、−SO3H、または−CF3であり、Ar1及びAr2はそれぞれ独立に1ないし4個のベンゼン環を有する芳香族炭化水素である。 - 前記コンディショニング溶液を前記不活性気体内に通過した繊維に噴射して接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパラ系アラミド繊維の乾式紡糸方法。
- 前記コンディショニング溶液は5〜40重量%の有機溶媒と1〜10重量%の無機塩を含み、温度が30〜100℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパラ系アラミド繊維の乾式紡糸方法。
