Claims (5)
- 工具鋼からなる胴部材に、先端側に径小の圧縮ピン部を備えた析出硬化合金からなる杵先部材が同心状に連結一体化され、
前記胴部材は、丸軸状の軸本体部の一端側にヘッド部を有すると共に、該軸本体部の他端側の端面の中央部に開口した杵先嵌合孔を備え、軸本体部の径に対する該杵先嵌合孔の内径が40〜60%に設定され、
前記杵先部材は、基端側に、胴部材の前記杵先嵌合孔に圧入させる嵌入軸部と、該胴部材の軸本体部と略同径で当該軸本体部の端面の略全体に接当する環状当接部とを有すると共に、中間に前記圧縮ピン部側へ向けて窄まる縮径部を有し、圧入前の嵌入軸部が前記杵先嵌合孔に対して0.1〜0.3%径大に設定され、
前記杵先部材の析出硬化合金が、重量%で、Cr:30〜45%とAl:1.5〜5.0%を含有し、C:0.1%以下、Si:2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、Cu:4.0%以下、P:0.03%以下、S:0.01%以下であって、残余がNi及び不可避不純物からなる組成のニッケル基合金を析出硬化処理したものである打錠杵。 - 前記胴部材の工具鋼がJIS記号SKD11系のダイス鋼である請求項1に記載の打錠杵。
- 回転テーブルの周方向に沿って配列した各臼の上下方向に沿う成形孔に、定位置で粉末原料を充填し、その回転方向下流側で各臼の上下に配置した上杵及び下杵によって該成形孔内の粉末原料を上下から加圧して錠剤に成形し、この錠剤を更に回転方向下流側で下杵の突き上げによって成形孔から排出するように構成され、その上杵及び下杵が前記請求項1又は2に記載の打錠杵からなることを特徴とする打錠成形機。
- 前記成形時の打錠圧が500kg以下である請求項3に記載の打錠成形機。
- 前記錠剤が口腔内崩壊錠である請求項3又は4に記載の打錠成形機。
