Description
また、本発明は、前記茶水を含む化粧料組成物、食品組成物及び薬学組成物を提供する。
本発明の一実施形態は、生茶葉の酵素を不活性化(失活)し、搾汁して茶汁を収得するステップと、前記ステップで収得した茶汁のイオンを除去して茶水を収得するステップとを含む茶水の製造方法を開示する。この茶水の製造方法は、図1の第1工程から第3工程までを含む。
本発明の一実施形態に係る茶水は、リナロオールの濃度が5μg/ml以下、ヘキサノールの濃度が0.2μg/ml以下、及びz‐3‐ヘキセノールの濃度が0.2μg/ml以下のもののうち少なくとも一つの条件を満たしていてもよい。本発明の他の一実施形態に係る茶水は、リナロオールの濃度が1μg/ml以下、ヘキサノールの濃度が0.1μg/ml以下、及びz‐3‐ヘキセノールの濃度が0.1μg/ml以下のもののうち少なくとも一つの条件を満たしていてもよい。本発明の他の一実施形態に係る茶水は、リナロオールの濃度が0.5μg/ml以下、ヘキサノールの濃度が0.02μg/ml以下、及びz‐3‐ヘキセノールの濃度が0.02μg/ml以下のものうち少なくとも一つの条件を満たしていてもよい。このように、本発明に係る茶水は、顕著に減少した皮膚刺激性成分を有するという特徴がある。また、前記茶水は、化粧料組成物に使用される規格に符合する。
本発明の一実施形態は、前記酵素が不活性化された生茶葉の茶汁からイオンを除去して得られた茶水を含む食品組成物を開示する。前記食品組成物は、その剤形は特に限定されず、固形物、ドリンクであってよい。前記茶水は、食品組成物全体の重量を基準に、0.01〜100重量%含まれていてもよい。
また、前記有効成分の適用量は、治療を受ける対象者の年齢、性別、体重と、治療する特定疾患又は病理状態、疾患又は病理状態の深刻度、投与経路、処方者の判断に応じて変わるであろう。こうした因子に基づいた適用量の決定は、当業者の水準内にある。
以下、実施例、比較例及び試験例を挙げつつ、本発明の構成及び効果についてより具体的に説明する。しかし、これら実施例、比較例及び試験例は、本発明の理解を助けるために例示の目的にのみ記載されたものであるに過ぎず、本発明の範囲が下記実施例、比較例及び試験例により制限されるものではない。
[比較例1]
収穫されてから数時間以内の生茶葉20gを液体窒素の入った乳鉢に浸漬して瞬間冷凍し、乳棒で微細にすりつぶして細胞をすべて破砕した。その後、200メッシュの網に通過させてから、スクリューギア方式の搾汁機で圧搾搾汁して、比較例1を得た。
[比較例2及び比較例3]
実施例1の茶水を製造する際に使用した生茶葉とほぼ同じ時期に収穫した茶葉を蒸熱、粗揉、揉念、中揉、精揉、乾燥の過程を通じて1次加工した茶葉20gを、70℃精製水に2分間浸漬した後、200メッシュの網で濾過して、比較例2を得た。前記1次加工した茶葉を加熱、篩分、切断、茎選別、混合の過程を通じて2次加工し、その加工した茶葉20gを70℃精製水に2分間浸漬した後、200メッシュの網で濾過して、比較例3を製造した。
[試験例1]収率評価
まず、生茶葉2kgをそのまま蒸熱処理せずにスクリューギア方式の搾汁機で搾汁してから遠心分離器で分離して、上澄み液を結果物として得た。また、実施例1の製造過程中、蒸熱処理した茶葉を搾汁して得た茶汁を遠心分離器で分離して、上澄み液を結果物として得た。前記2つの上澄み液の結果物と比較例1の製造過程において窒素冷凍粉砕した茶葉から搾汁して得た結果物の、生茶葉に対する収率を下記表1に示した。収率を求める式は、下記式1のとおりである。

[試験例2]組成成分の評価
実施例1、実施例2、比較例2及び比較例3の茶水について、固相マイクロ抽出(SPME)方式でガスクロマトグラフィー分析を行った。実施例1と実施例2との茶水を定量分析したガスクロマトグラムを、それぞれ図2と図3に示し、そのうち実施例1に対する結果は、下記表2に示した。
実施例1〜3の茶水に対するpH、屈折率、比重、重金属含量、菌数等、基礎成分の分析を行い、その結果を下記表5に示した。
[試験例4]皮膚刺激安全性検査
平均年齢41.3歳(21歳〜59歳)の健康な成人男女40名(女性39名、男性1名)を対象に、実施例1及び実施例2の茶水について皮膚刺激試験を行った。ただし、乾癬(Psoriasis)、にきび(acne)、湿疹(eczema)、その他皮膚病等の保有者や、妊婦、授乳婦、又は避妊剤、抗ヒスタミン剤等を服用している者は、試験実施前に除外した。
Claims (6)
- 生茶葉の酵素を不活性化し、搾汁して茶汁を収得するステップと、
収得した茶汁を気化及び液化処理又は浸透ろ過処理することにより、茶水を収得するステップと、
収得した茶水を、減圧状態で、4〜40℃で12〜24時間にわたって熟成するステップとを含み、
前記茶水は、リナロオールの濃度が0.5μg/ml以下、ヘキサノールの濃度が0.02μg/ml以下、及びz‐3‐ヘキセノールの濃度が0.02μg/ml以下の条件を満たすことを特徴とする茶水の製造方法。 - 前記茶汁を収得するステップにおいて、
生茶葉を蒸熱処理、加熱処理、又は高圧処理して、生茶葉の酵素が不活性化される、請求項1に記載の茶水の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の茶水の製造方法によって得られた茶水。
- 請求項3に記載の茶水を有効成分として含む化粧料組成物。
- 請求項3に記載の茶水を有効成分として含む食品組成物。
- 請求項3に記載の茶水を有効成分として含む薬学組成物。
