Description

反射において色を中性化するための第一層と、
455〜800nmの範囲の厚さを持つSnO2:Fから本質的になる低放射率を持つ第二層と、
40〜65nmまたは140〜180nmの範囲の厚さを持つSiOxから本質的になり、かつxが2より小さいかまたはそれに等しい第三層と、
をこの順序で含む被覆を持つことを特徴とする透明ガラス基板に関する。
二枚の透明ガラス基板を含む二重窓ガラスユニットが形成された。二枚の透明ガラス基板のそれぞれは4mmの厚さを持ち、それらは互いに15mm分離され、90%アルゴンの充填を持つ。基板の一つはSiOx(xは2より小さい)で、次いでSnO2:Fで、最後にSiO2で被覆される。この二重窓ガラスユニットは、次いで窓の表面積25%を示しかつ1.2W/m2・KのUを持つ断熱枠中に挿入され、この窓のL値は0.03W/m2・Kに固定される。
三枚の透明ガラス基板を含む三重窓ガラスユニットが形成された。三枚の透明ガラス基板のそれぞれは4mmの厚さを持ち、それらは互いに15mm分離され、90%アルゴンの充填を持つ。位置P5の基板の一つは1.69の屈折率を持つSiOxCy(xは2より小さい)で、次いでSnO2:Fで、最後にSiO2で被覆される。この三重窓ガラスユニットは、次いで窓の表面積25%を示しかつ1.2W/m2・KのUを持つ断熱枠中に挿入され、この窓のL値は0.03W/m2・Kに固定される。
Claims (12)
- 反射において色を中性化するための第一層と、
455〜800nmの範囲の厚さを持つSnO2:Fから本質的になる低放射率を持つ第二層と、
40〜65nmまたは140〜180nmの範囲の厚さを持つSiOxから本質的になり、かつxが2より小さいかまたはそれに等しい第三層と、
をこの順序で含む被覆を持つ透明ガラス基板において、
(a)第一層が酸窒化ケイ素SiOxNy、または酸炭化ケイ素SiOxCyから本質的になり、かつxが2より小さい単一層であり、その屈折率が1.65〜1.75の範囲にあり、この層の厚さが、55〜95nmの範囲にあるか、または
(b)第一層が、ガラス基板上に配置されたTiO2の層からなる二重層であり、それが酸化ケイ素、酸炭化ケイ素SiOxCyまたは酸窒化ケイ素SiOxNyであって、xが2より小さいかまたはそれに等しい層で被覆されており、TiO2の層の厚さが5〜15nmの範囲にあり、酸化ケイ素、酸炭化ケイ素または酸窒化ケイ素の層の厚さが15〜40nmの範囲にあるか、または
(c)第一層が、ガラス基板上に配置されたSnO2またはZnOの層からなる二重層であり、それが酸化ケイ素、酸炭化ケイ素SiOxCyまたは酸窒化ケイ素SiOxNyであって、xが2より小さいかまたはそれに等しい層で被覆されており、SnO2またはZnOの厚さが15〜35nmの範囲にあり、酸化ケイ素、酸炭化ケイ素または酸窒化ケイ素の厚さが15〜40nmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とするガラス基板。 - 第一層が、Sn及びSiの酸化物から本質的になる混合層であり、その厚さが55〜95nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス基板。
- 第二層の厚さが455〜740nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス基板。
- 第三層の厚さが43〜60nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 二枚の透明ガラス基板を含む二重窓ガラスユニットにおいて、その一枚が請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板であり、二重窓ガラスユニットが<1.4W/m2・KのU、0.12より小さいかまたはそれに等しい放射率、及び少なくとも73%のソーラファクター値を持つことを特徴とする二重窓ガラスユニット。
- 75%〜81%のソーラファクター値を持つことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二重窓ガラスユニット。
- 最大3.5のΔa*b*の値を持つことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の二重窓ガラスユニット。
- 本明細書中で規定された参照枠、及び、請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の二重窓ガラスユニットを含む窓において、ゼロkWh/m 2 /年より大きいかまたはそれに等しい値を持つWERを持つことを特徴とする窓。
- 三枚の透明ガラス基板を含む三重窓ガラスユニットにおいて、それらの少なくとも一枚が請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板であり、三重窓ガラスユニットが<1.1W/m2・KのU、0.12より小さいかまたはそれに等しい放射率、及び少なくとも64%のソーラファクター値を持つことを特徴とする三重窓ガラスユニット。
- 65%〜75%の範囲のソーラファクター値を持つことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の三重窓ガラスユニット。
- 最大3.5のΔa*b*の値を持つことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の三重窓ガラスユニット。
- 本明細書中で規定された参照枠、及び、請求項9〜11のいずれか一つに記載の三重窓ガラスユニットを含む窓において、ゼロkWh/m 2 /年より大きいかまたはそれに等しい値を持つWERを持つことを特徴とする窓。
